What’s the point of having a walk up window if you don’t want people parking their car & walking up…? Not to mention half the girls are sitting there laughing being on their phones…the line might go more quickly & not end up in the road if everyone helped.
I enjoy coming to this Aroma Joes. The staff is always wonderful and kind. I am a bit disappointed by one staff member.. I had ordered my food and drink at the first window with a very kind young lady but when I saw the girl who was making my food, she was not wearing gloves and she was also eating and touching her phone.. I had asked the lady who took my order the name of the girl handling my food and she had told me her name is Lauren. I am extremely dissatisfied by this visit because firstly, why are you not wearing gloves while handling food? She was holding my pretzel with her bare hands, and then to be eating and not washing your hands and touching your phone while doing that as well.. I don’t know. I didn’t know what to say at the time because I was truly shocked. But I hope this employee learns better work hygiene ASAP!! Especially because there is a pandemic going on.
Employees need to be aware of promotions, I come here almost everyday and the staff are great. I’ve had this one female employee twice and both times wasn’t nice. She charged me $4 something for the iced tea that’s on promotion for $2 after 12 until April 30th. When I asked her about it she said nobody told her anything and she doesn’t even know if there doing it still very rudely. Which I found strange sense it’s posted on social media and on the app.
Decent Aroma Joes. Have had issues in the past with traffic and the drive thru as well as staff not understanding orders. Other than that is ok.
Open early and even during snow storms. That is why I went there 3 days ago. If they were open and it was a blizzard I want to support them.? TIP generously people. ? the staff is so nice and friendly and they give out dog treats. ?
Great selection and quality service and products above and beyond typical franchises.
Update your hours. This is the second or third time I've gone during your posted open hours to find that you're closed.

This is how this biscuit got served. Half of the top is missing. Last time I was here, meat was still cold. We all make mistakes, but this seems like carelessness. It's surprising to see one of the aroma Joe's that is so close to their HQ preforms this bad.
While the lot sucks big time, this is a great aroma Joe's location. The people are super nice and work their behinds off.
