Waited well over an hour to be seated. Yes we had a party of 14.... and they were short staffed. Nothing came out hot. Burger was pink... when asked for it to be cooked well done. My drink I ordered was NOTHING like what it was supposed to be or shown in the picture. My food was very little in portion size... was at South Portland Applebee's last night got the EXACT same thing. My meal tonight is NOTHING like I had last night. Took my drink back to bar because I ordered a frozen drink... added ice into blender so now my drink is all water. Will NOT return to his Applebee's. Came in at 9:14pm and still here waiting for our check 11.40pm.

Didn't take any photos, it was a little busy so we had to wait like, idk maybe five minutes. Self-seating, so not like we had to stand. Bartender was running stuff, heck even the manager was running food.Bartender's banter was good enough, joked on me for a medium-well steak while Pop ordered it medium-rare, all in good fun. Did give me a point for ordering the broccoli instead of double mash.Food was f**king outstanding for an Applebee's. I was starving from a six hour drive so maybe I'm biased but, the steaks were cooked right, the drinks were great, and believe it or not - the broccoli was, in actuality, not mush!Overall 10/10.Bonus points for letting us watch the hammered guy across from us try to pick up the chick, miserably (she was safe, it was just so awkward I cried laughing cause you KNOW it worked exactly 1 time like 30 years ago and this dudes been trying to run the same strat ever since - when he failed the 2nd time I literally said "F" aloud.)Thanks for taking care of us, we'll be back.

I went in to pick up an online to-go order and stood at the host stand with a fellow DoorDasher while the bartender and wait staff stood within sight and stared at us while they chatted with one another, very obviously ignoring the two of us. What a way to treat people who are helping to keep their business afloat! They didn't apologize or attempt to assist us after more than 5 minutes of waiting, so I FINALLY saw someone that looked like management and asked them to assist. I will NEVER order from this location or agree to do a delivery for a restaurant with staff so pompous they won't even help customers. Clearly, they are lazy, they couldn't care less about customers, have terrible attitudes and even worse customer service. DO NOT GO THERE

They need someone working in the front. Or have some one pay attention. Everytime I go there u just get ignored and it takes forever for someone to acknowledge you.. litterly have people just walk by you like you're not even there.

Absolutely the dumbest enforcement of a mask policy I've ever experienced. While the rest of maine has NO mandate of any kind Portland is busy making people lives difficult again. I was told I could not be seated without a mask, I was with my son whom I was taking out for a special late dinner and I was told he did not need a mask though because they where choosing not to enforce it upon kids, that's some very flawed logic. Secondly it's a restaurant, the second you sit the mask comes off. It's a room full of people eating without masks in groups but you HAVE to have a mask on to get to your seat? I'd really love to have a manager explain the science behind that policy. You also don't make people put on a mask to leave, which makes having a mask to sit even more irrelevant. Please someone from management explain to me how in good conscience you can enforce such an absolutely outrageous and mindless policy. Until this policy is gone again like in the rest of the state I will not be coming back and neither will ANYONE I know.

No signs about masks being mandatory but they are. I'm not sure why they're mandating the masks but not following any of the other rules. You'll be seated right next to others. Sending some mixed signals. I don't care if I gotta wear a mask but I expect the others rules to be followed as well if that's how it's gonna be.P.s. Companies have been making a point to respond to reviews such as these with either a generic message of being sorry and "planning" to investigate or they'll slander customers to attempt to save face. It's very common practice I've seen with others.

The food was good but they charged us more for some of our plates. We had to repeat multiple times on how we wanted our wings. And they also forgot to switch one of my sides and still decided to charge me for both. We ended up paying $20 more for the waitress mistakes. Never again

Got there was told there was a 15 minute wait. So we sat inside and waited. Other people came in and tried getting tables. Had to mention we were their first. Which is whatever. They didn't have a bunch of things that we wanted. Drinks didn't get refilled at all. Most were gone before food came. Portions have gotten smaller!!

Fries were cold, asked for fresh ones, burger was way over cooked, crunchy, was suppose to be medium rare. Won't be back!

Used door dash and took a chance with a 12 oz ribeye MR for $27+. It arrived dry and well done. I didn't expect a fresh steak, because I know it's a defrosted product. It would of been better to just get the raw steak and cook it myself honestly. This location is only 15 minutes away.
