Today I went to Taco Bell this is the second time that I purchased a dozen tacos 6 hard tacos 6 soft tacos! And both times the hard tacos was softer than the soft tacos and the soft tacos was harder then the hard tacos! Soggy and dripping right through the paper the hard tacos were! And the soft what's so hard that it didn't get the paper soggy! And at first they wanted $29 for a dozen tacos! I said wait a minute the sign says $18.95 for 12 Supreme tacos! Then I said you better bring it down to the right price or I don't want them not at $29! Then when I get my tacos all soggy and dripping no sour cream and no tomatoes they are supposed to be Supreme! Wow they can't get nothing right over there! I will never ever go there again!
I worked here for about 3 months, starting around june, as my first job at 15. They didn’t make me get a work permit, barely checked my ID, and barely trained me. Didn’t even get shown where the schedule was. Almost everyone had an attitude constantly and managers even called me dumb for not knowing something that they didn’t tell me about on the menu. The floors were disgusting and I’m pretty sure I was the only one who would clean. The managers let people back there work without gloves with several warnings but never did anything about it. Terrible customer service as well. Would give 0 if I could.
The quality has really gone downhill. This specific place has turned me away from taco bell. Our tacos are always soggy, and 2 weren't even wrapped. The wrapping wasn't even in the bag. Really disappointing because taco bell was my go to.
The worst experience ever! Out of chicken. Waiting for 40 minutes and counting for tacos and the workers were the rudest and nastiest I’ve ever encountered. I’d rather be hungry than stop here again. Don’t bother!
Worst taco bell I ever been to in my life. I ordered 4 tacos all of them the potatoes and chicken were burnt and hard to eat.
Drive-through wait was almost an hour and EVERY SINGLE ITEM was INCORRECT on our order. Beyond disappointed, we asked for chicken in our meal items and received beef in every single one. I have a severe allergy to beef and can't even eat the food
Slowest drive thru of history workers are lazy and rude with horrible attitude I work fast food it ain't that hard to be fake nice when your in a bad mood.

The absolute worst place ever!!! Waited for over a half hour in drive thru line after ordering then another 20 minutes at the window after paying. When I got home, only a 3 minute ride, my order was literally crushed into a bag like someone literally stomped on my food. I didn't get anything I actually ordered and unfortunately had to figure out something else for my family for dinner. We thought with Halloween we could just get something quick and easy and treat the family to something a little different. We will never go there again!! Ever!!
Had to go inside the store 3 different times today due to the order being incorrect. Got home and it was still wrong. That was the worst experience I've had there. Usually it isn't that bad, and the gentleman there today working in the back was super helpful. It's generic Taco Bell. I've had better and I've had worse.
