Great food, great customer service. Makes you want to go back again.
The food is good. They don't remember to mark Gluten free pizzas, regularly. And the order isn't always right when I get it.
I’ve been a vegetarian for 5 years. I ordered from them an eggplant parmigiana and they gave me a steak and cheese which I did not realize until I took a bite. When I called and asked why they told me that they gave me a steak and cheese because they were out of eggplant but they did not notify me of this change. One of the worst experiences and customer service I have ever had. Do not eat here if you care about what is in your food because the staff clearly doesn’t.
I was very disappointed a out my fish sandwich. If thats fish then idk. Been to many sams but this just lost me
What another terrible experience at this location, It was bad enough I'm writing this review. It started with the condescending tone olivia.. when I asked If they had real bacon instead of bacon bits for my dagwood. I was informed all they have is bacon bits which is fine (mind you I've gotten this sandwich for years now ) so anyway I told them I would take it with the bits in hopes to be on my way, I prefer My dagwood heated btw. So I get home, open my....dagwood.. and there's no bacon. I feel like was out of spite because I specifically asked about the bacon on the sandwich, and the girls were really rude to begin with. Not eager to assist or answer questions. So anyway. No bacon on the sandwich when I get home I couldn't believe it, so I called and was told because I ordered my dagwood heated it doesn't come with bacon... (you would have think they would have mentioned this since I brought up bacon to begin with )I was told the cold dagwood and hot dagwood are two completely different sandwhiches..... i have never ever not had bacon on my heated dagwood and I never had to ask for it? They said they've been working over 5 years at this location and they've never put bacon on a "heated dagwood " so I call the lisbon st location that I've never had a problem at , asked them what comes on a heated dagwood, of course they said bacon.. so Sam's at main st may I ask , should I order a cold dagwood "heated" to get bacon? Like how stupid does that sound ????. this location needs an attitude check, better managment, and re training.
I had a delicious pizza, mom has an Italian, both of us loved our food.
Rita is an amazing lady that works there. She is outgoing and funny.
Staff is very nice, but the food is just not very good.Has plenty of parking and seating, also has bathrooms.
Do yourselves a favor! If you don't want to pay through the nose for a pizza and spaghetti dinner stay away from Sam's Italian. We ordered a large double ham pizza: new cost $21 and a ziti dinner with meat sauce (I know its an upcharge for the meat sauce but again, I've ordered it before) which is now costing $15. They are under new ownership, had no manager to speak to about it when I called back and was given MAJOR attitude about it. The shift leader, Kara, basically said we can take our business elsewhere, which we will!
This Subway restaurant is just as good as the one that was down town on Lisbon street. except Its cleaner, quiet and comfortable. The food selection is Right in front of you. So you can pick what you want easily. The workers are nicely dresses and well mannered
