05/06/22Called and ordered a lg cheese pizza, simple enough you’d think, it was done and sitting there and I was ignored for 10 min, finally paid and went home, so disappointed- it had big bubbles in it so therewas no cheese or sauce and two slices were no good at all big bubbles that were burnt blackWTH, waste of 20$?

My family and I have been going here for years but never again unfortunately. It took over 40 minutes for 2 subs and the staff was fighting with each other the whole time. when I walked up to the counter to politely ask about my food because they were calling out order numbers that were past my order I was completely ignored. Then when I said um excuse me? The woman just looked at my daughter an me an walked away lol unbelievable
ordered a veggie italian with light onions, s&p with mayo...got a veggie italian UNCUT with a boat load of onions with no salt,only pepper and light mayo ??♀️? I won't be going back and im now kicking myself because I KNEW I should have went to georgios and got lunch! please do better!! 7 bucks for a sammie and that wasn't made right?!?! despicable honestly
Do yourselves a favor! If you don't want to pay through the nose for a pizza and spaghetti dinner stay away from Sam's Italian. We ordered a large double ham pizza: new cost $21 and a ziti dinner with meat sauce (I know its an upcharge for the meat sauce but again, I've ordered it before) which is now costing $15. They are under new ownership, had no manager to speak to about it when I called back and was given MAJOR attitude about it. The shift leader, Kara, basically said we can take our business elsewhere, which we will!
Used to LOVE sams when you could get an edible Italian every single time. Now it is literally horrible no matter which location I go to.Today it's the middle of the week and the bread is literally rock hard (usually I blame this on it being a weekend thing) My fingers poke through it when I pick it up, it crumbled to pieces like a Cracker. The onions are so old they have the consistency of plastic and literally burn to eat. All the pickles are old and end pieces.The quality at sams is non existent, absolutely horrible and they still have the balls to raise prices? Seriously hope they go out of business for it. Wake up Sams, people aren't going to continue to pay an arm and a leg for horrible food
I would not recommend sams I went there and I ordered the chicken wings and i got 4 popcorn chickens for 8.25 plus tax. The first ordered that came had hair in it and the lady at the register was like what do you want me to do make you another one. (No just pick the hair out seriously). I was like yes i would like a new one got it again with only 4 nuggets I asked if that was the serving size and they were like yes. I called another store and they said there was suppose to be 6. So i paid 2.00 per popcorn nugget. seriously. This was at the center st Auburn Me location
My mom and I stopped in on December 16, 2021. We ordered a Reg ham Italian to share and eat in and a spaghetti dinner to go, unheated. The sandwich bread was so hard, crunchy and tough we were unable to take bites out of it. We had to rip it to even attempt to eat the sandwich. Both of us ate most of the filling but very little of the bread. When I went up and let the employee know the sandwich was bad and that we were unable to eat the bread because of the texture, I was told they didn’t say their bread was soft and it was fresh that morning. As bad as it was it could not have been fresh this morning. There was no apology for a bad meal, there was straight up bad attitude. When I got home and had the spaghetti dinner, the meatball was also hard. So hard that half of it I couldn’t even get a fork in it. It wouldn’t pierce it. So only got a small portion to eat with the spaghetti. It was heated up and hot when I got it (which I asked them not to do). It was all packaged in 1 bag with the salad sitting on top of hot pasta. I separated the salad from the bag with the hot food in it. The meals were very unsatisfactory and the employee rude with attitude, so the service was unsatisfactory also. Very disappointing visit. My Mom and I worked for Sam’s for quite a few years, always loved the food. We would have been very disciplined for putting out food of that quality.
Great food as usual. It was after the lunch rush, yet still took almost 30 minutes for plain spaghetti with no sauce and a meatball sub. It would have been no bother, but I had a very hungry 6 year old.
The triple Italian was awesome here! Service was also polite and courteous.
