ordered a veggie italian with light onions, s&p with mayo...got a veggie italian UNCUT with a boat load of onions with no salt,only pepper and light mayo ??♀️? I won't be going back and im now kicking myself because I KNEW I should have went to georgios and got lunch! please do better!! 7 bucks for a sammie and that wasn't made right?!?! despicable honestly
I have been going to this Sam's Since a child. The food is amazing. The workers are normally polite, well dressed and lively. The food is cooked in a short period of time and they have a Great Din in Area. The owner is a Great man who has a good Eye when it comes to Employees, He wouldn't hire me.
Do yourselves a favor! If you don't want to pay through the nose for a pizza and spaghetti dinner stay away from Sam's Italian. We ordered a large double ham pizza: new cost $21 and a ziti dinner with meat sauce (I know its an upcharge for the meat sauce but again, I've ordered it before) which is now costing $15. They are under new ownership, had no manager to speak to about it when I called back and was given MAJOR attitude about it. The shift leader, Kara, basically said we can take our business elsewhere, which we will!
I would not recommend sams I went there and I ordered the chicken wings and i got 4 popcorn chickens for 8.25 plus tax. The first ordered that came had hair in it and the lady at the register was like what do you want me to do make you another one. (No just pick the hair out seriously). I was like yes i would like a new one got it again with only 4 nuggets I asked if that was the serving size and they were like yes. I called another store and they said there was suppose to be 6. So i paid 2.00 per popcorn nugget. seriously. This was at the center st Auburn Me location
My mom and I stopped in on December 16, 2021. We ordered a Reg ham Italian to share and eat in and a spaghetti dinner to go, unheated. The sandwich bread was so hard, crunchy and tough we were unable to take bites out of it. We had to rip it to even attempt to eat the sandwich. Both of us ate most of the filling but very little of the bread. When I went up and let the employee know the sandwich was bad and that we were unable to eat the bread because of the texture, I was told they didn’t say their bread was soft and it was fresh that morning. As bad as it was it could not have been fresh this morning. There was no apology for a bad meal, there was straight up bad attitude. When I got home and had the spaghetti dinner, the meatball was also hard. So hard that half of it I couldn’t even get a fork in it. It wouldn’t pierce it. So only got a small portion to eat with the spaghetti. It was heated up and hot when I got it (which I asked them not to do). It was all packaged in 1 bag with the salad sitting on top of hot pasta. I separated the salad from the bag with the hot food in it. The meals were very unsatisfactory and the employee rude with attitude, so the service was unsatisfactory also. Very disappointing visit. My Mom and I worked for Sam’s for quite a few years, always loved the food. We would have been very disciplined for putting out food of that quality.

Great food moved to Florida for about 8 years and I missed 2 things the most Sam's and Poland spring water.
