Ordered pizza for a family day trip. Did NOT get what we had ordered and didn't realize until we were 45 minutes away. I called and spoke to "Samantha" the on-duty manager to explain the issue. She said that we did get what we ordered but the dough wasn't proofed. Then changed her story and said that it had been proofed but fell when the toppings were added. When I asked why underdone and improperly prepared pizzas were being allowed to go to the customer she become rude, disrespectful, and argumentative. I am calling corporate now but, beware and check you food before you leave.
Can't make an order at the window and I waited for like 30 mins after going to the window for the pickup never brought it outThe sign should have put something for the drive thru then letting everyone get out and go to the lobby doors ans see the door lock and going back to their cars and go to the drive thru waste of time and gasNot going back to things change
We ordered a large black olive green pepper and onion pizza. There were no black olives and it had bacon. My wife was looking forward to having black olives. Good otherwise
This is the worst pizza hut I've ever been to. Called for a delivery but the rude staff hung up on me twice after leaving me on hold for 35 minutes. Finally decided to just drive there. The staff at the counter was just as rude. Finally got my pizza and it was raw and doughy. . Corporate needs to clean house in that store! Will never go to that store again.

Refund on wings, cold delivery seemed a tad behind. Could have used more medium buffalo sauce which I indicated I wanted
Ordered online for pickup at the Hut Lane window. Double checked hours they were open. Had my daughter complete the order at 7:40pm and I ran over to the store as soon as I was free which was 8:45pm, just about an hour later. They were CLOSED!!!! I get that covid has changed stuff and places close earlier but if you are closing earlier update your hours and don't let me order online!! I'm a very very understanding person, very but this isn't ok. So when did this location close today, 8pm 20 minutes after my order ?!?!?! Or just when they walked out of the building?? And I know hiring is sucking for business right now but that's not an excuse either.
My pizza order came 45 minutes early. So by the time I got home it was cold. One of my pizzas was supposed to have BBQ sauce as the sauce and all we got was a cup of BBQ sauce on the side.
Called an said dining was open, get there 4 minutes later an the doors are locked…. This is at 2pm… watched 5 different cars try as well……..
Ordered pizzas at about 2pm to be delivered at 4pm. They were about 45 minutes late. Driver provided no apology. Customer service is important to me. Especially when I pay for it. My kids like your pizza. Next time I will pick it up. If at all.
