Food is fine, all McDonald's tastes the same. Issue is the Lisbon street location will CONSISTENTLY forget something in your order. If you don't check your bag before leaving the drive through you better expect your fries or something else was forgotten. Please review the bags prior to giving them to the customer. Extremely frustrating as I only go as an occasional treat to my kids and it's not fun when they don't have what I paid for
Ordered using drive thru at 5:00pm. Was a long line waiting. There is a prerecorded greeting once your at one of the drive up order kiosks. It was a bet confusing asking if it was an app order that your picking up. Based on your answer a real person continues the order taking. I finally ordered at the 2nd kiosk. The time in line was long. After paying, they had me wait in one of the numbered parking spots while things cooked. After parking for 10 minutes they delivered my meal. I ordered a double quarter pound meal medium with an extra fish fillet sandwich. Some how I got an extra fry and I noticed the order came to $16 and change. Burger had extra seasoning, like a lot more than normal, but it tasted pretty good none the less. The fries were wilted and not done frying. I used my air fryer at home to finish crisping the fries. The fish fillet was fine. The drink was an orange hi-C with ice and that was fine also. It just seemed a lot of money and time waiting for an ok meal that I needed to finish cooking when I got home.
Incompetent. They have YET to get my order right! Today, a few simple packs of Mayo didnt get included. Hold up the drive-thru and check your order completely!!!! SMH.
Drive through only and takes over 40 minutes on a average to finally get your food. Slowly gotten worse to the point that it's barely worth returning. I'd give negative 5 stars if allowed but the option isn't there. They need to update their hours too Cassie they're closed at 10
Took a half hour to get my order that I placed online which is fine they were very busy. Which was not fine was that I got all the wrong food and didn't realize until I was already at home. My dog ate pretty good that night.
they don't answer there phone. there oil is never changed. don't recommend. always a long wait and never open till time it says
I waited for 25 someone said they will help me and never came back to the window at all usually during the day service is not bad but this is interesting to wait long
Foods always good but long lines
Employees are more worried about putting on music on and not doing their job because dining room is closed. Also I ordered one sandwich and they got it wrong and waited in line for about 30 mins.
The food is good and hot but that's where the good things about this store stop!The employees are rude and the service was most definitely lacking. I wouldn't recommend this location
