First time I decide to ever go here and try it out, I go there for pick up for my food. I get there they tell me my food is still being prepared which is fine I can wait. I wait there for 20 minutes, and the same woman asks me after the 20 minutes what I am waiting for like they haven’t already asked me earlier. After I tell them again, they then decide to inform me after the 20 minutes they apparently already gave my order away to someone else???? I have been clearly waiting there for 20 minutes sitting infront of them, saying what was in my order when I first got there only for them to just give it away to someone else. I have no idea how that even happened. Not impressed, will not be returning
Meatballs are not what they use to be!They taste and look frozen. Sauce was alright.how not going for 2 years can do to food.It's a hard time for anyone.
I ordered a chicken parm last night and it was bland. The spaghetti was over cooked, the sauce was bland tasted like it was tomato sauce from a hunts can, the garlic bread was soaked in butter and had not flavor. The prices have increased a lot and the portion have decreased. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY! I would never recommended this place.
Great pizza!Only wish the fried food came in cardboard or paper clamshell.Also, best sauce in town!

So we get a meatball sub from this place about 1 every 2 weeks, love 'em. The other day we decided it was more like "Pizza Night", sorry but big mistake:(
I used to eat hear all the time pre pandemic and the food was decent, I don't know what happened to this place but it is terrible now, ordered mozzarella sticks for an appetizer they were the frozen kind that is supposed to be cooked in a deep fryer, they cooked them on a flat grill and didnt even roll them to cook it evenly just charred 1 side and called it good, the chicken and broccoli Alfredo had about a tablespoon of sauce on it that was just poured in the center the rest was all plain noodles, the meatballs that went with my baked spaghetti were raw in the middle and they are using a cheap flavorless cheese on the baked spaghetti, ordered a loaf of garlic bread which I never even got nor did I get the dressing for my salad. Terrible food now and employees that just don't care by the looks of the food, dont waste your money eating here I know I certainly will NEVER eat here again....
Workers were singing and dancing over the food live on fb as they prepare it not 1 worker was wearing a mask spreading germs on the food as they prepared it I'm all for enjoying your job just not at the expense of costumer safety
Very deceiving menu both online and in house. The prices on the in house menu board have not been updated. Even the employees don't know the prices of the products. I was given a price for my order by an employee but was charged much more. When I questioned the prices I was told that the prices have gone up. So I said, "did the prices go up in the last 10 minutes because your employee just gave me a price. The managers response was that they have not had a chance to update the prices but he didn't have an answer as to why the employees were not aware of the price changes. He was not at all apologetic. Just another example of the lack of good customer service that has become so familiar these days. Not worth the drive from Monmouth to pick up substandard food that was over cooked and over priced.
