The drive thru asphalt will swallow your car in a few places! This KFC also has Taco Bell so you can have tacos too. But the chicken (original recipe) while flavorful, was soggy. The staff was not very courteous but I get it. They were busy in the drive thru and they probably don't get paid a lot so I have empathy for them. My order was correct and the food was hot. I don't care for the Mac n cheese, but I still ate it so it wasn't terrible.
came in for lunch on 5/18/22 Ticket#3916 Cashier Sally waited 45 min inside for my food ate in the parking lot in my vehicle it was all room temp I don't know why I even go back to this location it has sucked for years
I went through the drive thru last night and when she gave me my order it looked like something was missing, but I couldn’t see into the bottom so I asked. The girl said yes, I was all set. I got home. YUP! I was missing a 3 piece combo meal. I drove back, waited for another 15 minutes or so, and the girl at the window never even said sorry or apologized in any way. That made me more mad than the mistake! I understand mistakes happen, but you should at least apologize!! It’ll be a while before I go back!
Our online order said it was going to be ready at 4:31. At 4:30 the online app said it was ready, but when I went inside it wasn't. I was told it was going to be a few more minutes.My meal wasn't ready until 4:55. Plus they ran out of original and had to substitute with extra crispy. Forgot to include the cookies we ordered extra, which I had to go back in to get. One of the biscuits in our order was raw dough. Completely uncooked.We've been here before and had a good experience, but tonight was a perfect storm of bad food, forgotten items from our order, and an almost half hour delay on the order that made tonight a not so stellar experience.
I ordered mashed potatoes with my order only to be given no silverware. When I asked the person working at the counter for some silverware they told me they were all out. I politely asked how I was supposed to eat my mashed potatoes and once again she said "We're out". No I'm sorry we don't have any, just were out! Am I the only person that doesn't eat mashed potatoes with my fingers or directly out of the dish like a dog? They should have informed me when I placed my order that they did not have any silverware as I wouldn't have ordered mashed potatoes. Then to top it off the women's bathroom was filthy! Poor customer service, filthy bathroom...not going back.
This literally the worst food I have ever received from any Restaurant let alone a KFC. This building itself used to be really good. I am extremely disappointed. The only thing half decent was the service. And that is actually being nice. Dry chicken tenders, cold ff, biscuit was hard. Was told since I did not want my drink I could have an extra biscuit. Didn't get it. Probably would have been as hard as the one I got. Talk about ruining someone lunch or in my case dinner. I ended up coming in to get some things I forgot. And I was Floored at how disgustingly dirty this business is. Honestly the dirtiest I've seen in awhile. And I have seen some pretty dirty places. Your feet should not be slipping and sliding across your dinning area floor. Especially since I have non slip shoes. All the way from door, to register, to the bathrooms. And the bathrooms stink and are horrible. I waa appalled walking in there. It never used to be this way.. What on Earth has happened. Horrible Experience and I will probably not be back sadly!! The business owner should be embarrassed of this all!!
If I could give zero stars I would. I do not order fast food often because I have some dietary restrictions but have found taco bell to be accommodating when I have. Tonight I ordered two meals. When I reached the drive thru window I immediately told them I had forgotten to mention that I needed all chicken products in the box. I apologized profusely for this mistake. The only person that was halfway forgiving was the poor girl at the window who had to tell the I can only assume to be the managers? About the change. They glared at me through the window. Then a male came to window to inform me "I cannot just stop the line for you" I was confused by his attitude, nonetheless I offered to drive to the back of the line to give them time to complete my order and so as not to delay the people in back of me waiting on their food. I was nothing but polite and as a nurse I completely understand how poorly service workers are treated. So I happily went to the back of the line. Not once did this gentleman instruct me to reput in my order.... He had already taken my debit card and I had received half my order and both drinks. When I pulled up the second time a really rude women told me I should have put my order in again through the drive thru before I pulled up. I, again, apologized but she informed me I would have to repeat the process over again and gave me a terrible attitude about it when I said no thank you I can't wait again 15-20 minutes and she said "Good, bye!" And shut the window on me. I'm not sure I deserved that attitude for an honest mistake but I can assure you that I will NEVER return there again. I WILL be sure to make all my colleagues that work in the area aware of this incident and I WILL tell all my friends about this experience. Whether they choose to visit this establishment is their choice but bad news travels fast. I would be highly interested in speaking to whomever is in charge of this place should they see this, not in hopes a refund or a free meal but to offer some real words of advice.
This review is from my moms experience 1. The chicken was undercooked and soggy 2 the mashed potatoes and gravy were ice cold 3 her biscuit was raw in the middle. The only highlight was the coleslaw.
Drive through and food were super yummy.... All fresh and hot, the crew very friendly
The food is great. However both local sites have always had staffing issues and this time was the same. Things end up missing in the order. The line was so long people turned around and left It is too bad the owners can't get this fixed. They would make a great deal more money. If it wasn't for the taste of the food this places would not survive was people would not put up with the mistakes.
