My boyfriend I went through the drive through and placed two separate orders. We we’re going to pay separately because I had a free drink reward. When we got to the window and said we had two orders my boyfriend gave his car for his order and payed. The worker then charged him for both orders then didn’t want to give us a refund. After arguing they got the manager to refund my boyfriend then I payed with my drink reward. Also when we drove away and looked at our food it was made wrong.

My hot coffee tasted kinda burnt/like it had been sitting there for a while but the staff were really nice!

I am a fan of dunkin.However at 10:04 this morning Drive through #3389 I got possibly the worse Dunkin ever from Dunkin.Taste Burnt.I know they would replace it had I tasted on the spot.I was almost to sabattus lake when I took first sip. Should be able to smell that as you were pouring.I get that it happens.Hope it isn't the norm.

They didnt engage with us just took the money gave us our stuff and sent us on I work at a dunkin I try to always ask how they are smile and say have a good day they didnt do any of that.

I live close to this Dunkin and I've gone many times over the years. I can say that about 75% of the time there will be some kind of issue with my order. I've gotten completely different flavors from what I've ordered. I've even gotten a hot chocolate when I ordered a hot coffee. I've gotten multiple coffees with coffee grinds in them. Other drinks have been 3/4 ice and the rest the actual drink. When they do get the order right half the time the drink tastes disgusting! Ordered a iced pumpkin today and it didn't taste like pumpkin at all, like maybe the creamer went bad. I had to dump it out it was so bad, day goodbye to the almost $5 I spent. I keep giving this Dunkin chances but I'm continually disappointed so I go out of my way now to go to other Dunkins.

Quick service and great food for breakfast.

This place is literally messed up a coffee almost every time I've ordered from there. Whether it's mine or my girlfriend's for the money they charge and the money these people get paid and it's easy as it is to make a coffee it's inexcusable. It's pretty bad when I get better coffee from the place that sells it for a buck then a place that only does coffee. Pretty much done with it.

I moved to Lewiston over a year ago and this Dunkin is very close to my house. I have gone here easily 100 times so I have plenty of experience with this place. Some days it is spot on but most days it is not a good experience. I know they have high turn over so I try to be as patient as possible. I am always nice to them regardless of how they are toward me. I order using the On The Go app a lot so they have plenty of notice. However, I would say that only half the time do they get my order right. The flavor shots are lacking, as they put in less than other places. I love the pink velvet and pumpkin but I can't taste them some days. I've gotten hot coffee with it spilled all over the cup and then my car has gotten sticky at least four times. I've ordered hot latte on more than one occasion and gotten cold coffee. I have been given other people's orders enough that I need to check before I leave. Multiple times there are coffee grounds in the cup. I can understand a few coffee grounds but there have been 1/4 inch in my iced coffee more than once. One time I got to work and the coffee smelled fishy. I had to dump it out. Sometimes they are extremely nice but 75% of the time, they don't have basic manners. When you give a customer their order, maybe say "Have a nice day" or something like that. I've gotten "Yup" and other times nothing all too often. There was one younger woman who was working recently who was excellent. When they didn't have what I wanted she gave me extra donuts. I could hear her insisting that the cashier give me more. Maybe she was a manager from another place because I haven't seen her since. I have been doing experiments to see what time is best. I just went at 6:30 an my On The Go order was perfect. I'll keep trying. Intermittent reinforcement is a powerful thing! :)

Went in today through Drive-Thu. Some new Teen is working and was eating donuts in front of customers instead of making my food. I waited 15 mins for my food. I called management and spoke to a very nice Lady Named Sam. She did an amazing job trying to fix my experience and offered a gift card for my next visit.

Great staff and coffee. Friends of the Stanton Bird Club/Thorncrag Sanctuary.
