Phenomenal customer service, especially Mike and Sierra. As soon as I asked about the specialty donut and found out it was a Blueberry Cobbler donut, I was definitely interested and Mike offered for me to try one and after seeing what one was like, I had to order two more and a strawberry coolatta and everything was amazing. Sierra even went as far as to recommend trying one lightly warmed and toasted, and it was life changing hahahahaha my new favorite Dunkin location from now on, HANDS DOWN ✋ ? ? ? 5☆ customer service and 5☆ quality, all DAY. Will DDefinity be back??????♂️????????????
The gentleman in the drive thru window at 8:30 am on 4/29/2022. Was absolutely rude and argumentative with me stating that I had not placed a mobile order even though I was showing him a receipt that I had. The previous day I had also made a mobile order for a cold brew coffee with cold foam via the app. I ended up receiving an iced coffee with no cold foam, which I accepted, under the pretense that I would receive a refund when the manager was in today on 4/29/2022. You guys have lost a customer and I will contact corporate as this is theft.

Well the last time I was there I was gonna go through the drive thru. Line was to long,I put my order in and I had waited for 30 plus minutes for a ☕. As the drive thru went fast and they kept looking at us all either waiting for their orders or waiting to order. As 3 more workers walked out from the back. There was no need for any of us to be waiting for as long as we all did. I had told the girl who had originally waited on me I had still been waiting for my ice coffee and it was like she just ignored me. Some one else retook my order, I will not ever go there again when it is busy in the place at all
New look, I loved it! This location is very clean, and well organized. They are fast too!
Worst tasting coffee and outrageous prices. Most of the good sandwiches are gone too.
Once again they mess up in my order. Between running out of things and getting orders wrong it's been not a pleasant visit. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel. Bagel was burnt and instead of sausage it was bacon....
The coffee was fresh ND hot. However the staff was mostly young ND very very rude to me. Nor could they answer any questions I asked In regards to their community FREE WIFI they offer to customers. Probably will not go to this particular dunkin often
