they do their best putting in their time and effort to make everyone food jus as wanted

I had not had a Dominos Pizza since 1983! Ate a lot of them when I was younger when I was in Austin, TX.I had a cheesesteak pizza which had barely any steak and was not crispy as advertised. In fact, it is rather thick and a little doughy...I know times are rough but for 31 I feel a bit jipped! I had to bite every slice for one bite with steak on it.Pretty good crust, but overall, pretty disappointed. I will not order for another 40 years! ?
Done with this place. Half the time they don't turn on the pizza tracker. Delivery is always cold and the past 2 Pizzas I ordered arrived as slop in a box. Couldn't even pick up a slice, just wound up with a chunk of crust dripping grease. Worst Domino's Ever.
Ordered tonight and 1. My bread bowl was not cooked fully 2. Ordered two orders of the parm bread twits and only got one and instead of my second one I got cinnamon twists. 3. The one parm twist we got was burnt and not cheesy at all. And to top it off my order was $45.
Order was expected to arrive around 40 minutes, not that bad. Never not once did they come to my area or deliver the pizza, worst time waiting. NOT WORTH BUYING FROM THEM
this is now the second time in the last few weeks that I've gone without my dinner because my pizza wasn't cooked through the original order and when I asked them to remake it and this time I got the complete wrong pizza and still wasn't delivered 5 and a half hours later and didn't leave my pizza at my door when I selected contact less delivery. never got my pizza or a refund just an attitude because they screwed up and I wanted it fixed.
LOVE LOVE LOVE my Lisbon St.. Domino's!!!!! Always a friendly face greets me. The pizza is spot-on EVERY time. I'm never disappointed and hardly ever have to wait when I order online. The Pizza Tracker is super cool also.
Ordered with gift cards they took the money out of my bank account instead making me short on a bill the next day i called them at the store they were rude so i called corporate and got an email back from the manager that it was a pending charge and would not be removed from my account. well a day later it removed the money from my bank account and i have emailed them about this and no one has contacted me back i will never use this domino's location again. Hope this helps.Edit: I've now emailed them twice once before and once after this review both with no reply!
I wish I could give no stars. The delivery driver that worked at the lewiston location tonight was nasty and rude and had her boyfriend call up my boyfriends place of work because she didn't get a tip.
