My husband and I decided we wanted lunch and went to Burger King in Lewiston Maine on Lisbon St today on 6/18/2022 and we were very impressed as everything was perfect almost like it use to be back when we were kid's. For a while there Burger King who went downhill but the last two times we have been to Burger King we have been very impressed with customer service and how our food was made was hot, fresh and ready.
The manager at this store is rude and walked by me and gave me the finger liek she was scratching her neck. When speaking to another manager all he said was oh well we have cameras I'll check yea right ughh if u don't want to be nice toncx get another job.. It was all over because I asked for a drink with no ice she gives me an nasty look then I say something then I get the finger. Grow up
The new looks for Burger King ? is very beautiful. The place is nice and clean. They were Fast too. No Handicap access there However they have the sign on the door.
So I ordered a whopper for my husband and a whopper jr for myself and the reason I only gave it three stars is because the sandwich es we're doust in mayonnaise, never had that problem with the old bk, we had to take a knife to scrape off most of the mayonnaise, it was gross
Quality of food does not mach the price of food
All new building. More up to date. Little slow , but I'm sure once it's been running for a while it'll possibly be quicker.
Brand new opening , new building. This is what i got for over 4.00 it was not at all like sign. This picture is after i tried to toast more at home. Will try again in a few months but i feel no matter how busy you are when people are paying those prices do the meal right at least grill the bread when i opened bread Barely toasted mostly mushy. Also ordered a cheese burger with ketchup only but got one with pickles and the works so order not even correct. They need to do better for a new store need to close until they have a better grip on things. Not good
Better than McDonald's, I guess.

Order wrong, long wait in line. Tables dirty. No staff for a busy highway.
