Very rude ? I really hope one of yall that works here sees this if you don't like working with customers or interacting please get another job or don't work at all you don't make it friendly. some girl was trying to order and she said can I place a take out order? The cashier said "I dont know can you ? If she was joking or not it comes of rude. Muddering underneath their breath I'm just trying to do my job just as much as you are. I really hope you can have a more positive attitude
I ordered a small buffalo chicken pizza. I got box full of hot mess. They put way too much chicken, sauce and cheese. The pizza did not cook because of all the stuff on it. Also it wasn't sliced. We also ordered meatballs and they were cold. I understand short staff, tough times, being patient, but this was clown shoes in a box at a high price. Do better Amatos.
They loudly complained about being at work and what I ordered the whole time while making three subs for me. They were using the same gloves while adjusting their masks and touching their faces, then handling my subs to wrap them. The food was wildly below par for any quick eat sub shop.
Wish every time I tired to order from GrubHub ect. It didn't say the store was closed. It could be anywhere from 1pm-7 pm. Nothing
This place is just lazy first we tried to call and place an order and they picked up and set the phone down on counter so I could hear them talking to each waited for 10 mins before hanging so decided to go there and order, got attitude and could tell they didn't want to be working, then get home and all the food we order was under cooked. Had to finish cooking my son's pizza since it was still doughy And my husband sausage sub was still pink. Needless to say they won't be getting our business ever again!
Chef salad was nasty over half of the greens were bad an there was some white substance all over cheese and meat never eating from here again

Walked in at 19:20 to order and was told my order would take 20-25 minutes and they closed at 20:00. Had a similar experience with the Lisbon St location. Maybe time for the company to consider monitoring things a little closer to weed out the laziness.
Never got food here, staff said 1/2 hr wait time before they would take our order… but yet my wife and I were the only customers in the store! The last I knew customers within the store were priority, but apparently not at this location.
When you think of lazy staff at a restaurant you should think of this place. The I heard the staff talking about how they leave the phone off of the hook so they don’t get to busy. Then when you do get to talk to them on the phone they make it seem like a burden that you called to order food at a restaurant. Foods good but they need to hire some new staff for sure
