I had to quit going to the Bangor KFC Taco Bell, they have terrible customer service. This last experience really was just depressing. I placed a $50 order and only a few items were made properly. They didn't give us some of the items I ordered, they didn't repeat the order when I placed it, they then argued with me over a cinnamon twist I ordered for my child ( worse in front of my child.) Then they said "Go ahead, call and complain." , and just slammed the drive thru window shut. For me, this is seriuosly unbelievable. They act like they don't make mistakes (which they really do, very often.) That's exactly why I always would check my order before leaving the restaurant, but today ...it didn't matter what my receipt said to them, it didn't matter that my child was obviously upset and wanted the cinnamon twists, that was literally on the receipt, they they refused to even look at. I simply cannot support this restaurant anymore, Done! I'll drive to Brewer.
Came here today and ordered 3 cheese roll ups, for 3 people. They were handed to me in a single burrito wrapper, umm ok. I guess next time I go to McDonald's and order 4 big Macs I'll expect them all smashed into one single box ??♀️ what the heck is going on? I will say that the staff member who tried to help me (because I thought I had the wrong food) was very nice.
I gave 1 star as I had to give something. This place is going down hill fast. If you want to eat here, don't. My family went in this evening to get some food as we had been out and not able to get home in a decent time to make dinner. We ordered our food and were puzzled when we finally got our food. While we did not order a box item, we were given one in our order. Confuse, I figured out that the cashier was saving us money by ringing up the item in question in this manner (I appreciate that). However, they were out of fries and apparently also were out of Fruit Punch, Lemonade, and Mtn. Dew Baja. Some of which had been out for quite a while and with no signs indicating the product availability issue. That was bad as I cannot have soda due to a dietary restriction, so water it was for me. This place was fully staffed and according to my wife the manager spent most of his time on his cell phone in the food prep area. Even though they were fully staffed apparently they had some sort of other issue because they closed the dining area at 7:32pm even though there were customers still parking to come in as the drive thru was (and normally is) packed. Something apparently is going on here and this place needs work.
The food at this location is the worst taco bell I have ever eaten. I try going back after a few months and I still regret my decision every time.
I’d just like to know why this chicken looksDecrepit? I got one drumstick and was looking forward to eating it but now not so much. I love kfc and will continue to go there but sheesh ? this was a sad sad night
Great food. Great service. Didn't have any soap to wash my hands in the bathroom. Other than that it was very nice ?

Good location off 95. You have a choice of using drive-thru or going inside. I typically go on weekends and drive thru is usually 5 cars. Going inside may take a bit longer. Food quality is great.
The line is slow moving. I don't often come because it's always a long wait, I wish there was an in store pick up or something...but staffing is a problem. (which I understand is the same problem everywhere)
Food is great, but it takes a very long time.
