Did a mobile order today. 2 of the 3 tomatoes were wrinkly and bad, had to take them off. Some of the spinach was dark and gone bad. The (toasted) bread was so tough. I feel like because I ordered ahead and didn't watch as the sandwich was made they put no effort into it. I keep forgetting I've had bad experiences each time I come to this location, I won't be back.
I love subway and very rarely am I unsatisfied but the last 3 times I have ordered from the Broadway store the food has been made incorrectly( I didn’t want to write a negative review unless it was a issue that happened regularly) Tonight the food I received was completely horrible and my dog wouldn’t even eat it. Cold soggy steak and cheese. Not toasted, not warmed up at all, not even made correctly. How it managed to be soggy when the steak was cold and the cheese unmelted is beyond me. If you use a delivery service be wary of what you may receive. If your not standing there watching then they seem to not care at all. (Food arrived within 30 mins of ordering so it wasn’t a issue of it sitting around waiting )
My order was totally wrong. I ordered a BMT and got a 3 meat sub I also ordered a steak ch and onion and got it with green peppers and my roll was toasted. They need to take time and read the orders
Best Subway in town. The staff is the best and the food tastes fresher than other stores.

Apparently they like to close early without any sort or sign. Got there at 9:20pm Saturday. The website and the sign on door say 10:00pm. Doors locked and two employees putting the food away.
The girls working on Monday night were great, they handled a full line of people with efficiency. I'll definitely be back before I leave town.

Owner/manager wears a dirty, short face shield upside down. It doesn't come close to covering his nose. When he prepares a sandwich and he's looking down, his breath is directed right onto the food below. When I mentioned this to him, he replied that masks don't work anyway. Ewww! I will go elsewhere for my sandwiches, thank.you!
Subway near Husson, good for anyone in the area of Broadway.
