Waiting over an hour for my food for the entire order to be wrong, my wings were also half eaten. I called and NICELY asked for either a new order or my money back since we can’t eat half of it. I’ve been on hold for over an hour so I hung up to call back and they now have my number blocked.
Wonderful establishment. Certainty impressed by good food and excellent service.
Great tasting pizza! Never disappoints.
Haven't had Pizza Hut in a while. The staff was fine and they were very busy. The actual pizza though...not how I remember Pizza Hut. I don't think I could have ever had a thinner pizza. The inner part of the pizza was 1/8 inch thick. Recipes and menu's change and I wasn't a fan of this change. It was ok but for the same money there are better options I think.
In the big box meals we ordered, the square pizzas did not have sauce, cheese and toppings into the corners of the square... like there was A LOT of empty crust, especially in the corners. It would be nice if they looked more like the advertised pizza images.
Our waitress was in training, but did a super job! Food was ok. Breadsticks great. Pizza could have been cooked longer. Not Pizza Hut quality. Over all a good visit.
What can I say big chain just run of the mill.. but it's alright.. I suppose it's better if you dine in and have hot pizza at the table.
Easy to order online with the app. It was ready in a timely fashion.
Be more organized. Update people via phone call or text if their pizza is going to be late being ready.. I waited AN HOUR in the parking lot with my toddler for a curbside order, that I ended up having to go inside for (with my toddler, at her bedtime, you can imagine how happy I was about that). It was absolute chaos inside. I was VERY unimpressed. The staff seemed extremely stressed and overwhelmed, I feel bad even blaming them specifically. You need a better system. Also, as I sat in the car I tried to call the store to see what was going on and it took me about 10mins each time to even get through to someone, which was also extremely frustrating. And I will end this by saying that over an hour later.. My order wasn't even correct. Nor would anyone give me my money back, which I feel I was owed at this point.
I find their chicken wings better than the wings named restaurant. Their pizza is not to shabby either.
