Spoke with manager Joe he's not helpful or friendly. I placed an order at 5:06pm and it's currently 6:36pm and still no food. I called because I was upset the food wasn't here and my 3 year old son was waiting to eat and go to bed by 7. Because the manager wasn't being helpful I asked for the franchise owners name and he refused I will be contacting them and filing a complaint edit: food arrives at 6:43 and it was cold
At least I got my pizza. I guess that's a plus. As soon as I paid the website said 69-79 minutes. I thought "wow". Then about 10 minutes later it texted that my pizza was on its way. ? about 25 minutes after that it actually arrived. Timing not bad... but definitely confusing. I requested contactless delivery & even specified NOT to ring the doorbell cause my dogs will go crazy. The first thing he does is ring the doorbell & dogs go crazy ?. Instead of contactless (6 feet away & sets pizza on something so as not to be touching ground as per their website description), he is standing there right in front of me to hand me my pizza. The box looked crushed but my dogs were going crazy so I said thank you & took it inside. When I opened it the pizza was stuck to the lid (hence the crushed box) . Then the crust fell to the bottom & all the toppings remained stuck to the lid. I did what I could to repair it but it was more of a clumpy inconsistent mess at that point. It really wasn't very good. I also ordered the jalapeño poppers. They looked dried out & there was an obscene amount of flour on the dough so they too didn't taste very good. Needless to say I will not be ordering from there again. I thought there would be more consistency between locations but this was an epic fail & I'll just choose a different pizza restaurant in the future.
Worst experience I've ever had with any pizza restaurant. Ordered multiple things that were 100% incorrect, they added another pizza to my order that I didn't place, charged me for items I didn't receive, and when I contacted them about it, they put me on hold for over 30 minutes just to tell me they're not going to do anything to fix it. So, essentially they just stole from me. Don't expect the managers to do anything to help. They're all extremely lazy, useless employees, the store needs to be shut down, and because of their lack of honor and respect for their work and customers, I'm going to do everything I can to end their careers and this location. You guys thought it'd be fine to steal from me, you're out of your mind. Messed with the wrong one.
Food is AMAZING. Crew is nice and welcoming. Over all amazing atmosphere, food and people. I will most definitely be returning.
If i could give it 0 stars I would!!! Worst ordering experience ever. Will never order from Papa Johns again. Took my money and never received my food and when I called back whoever answered seemed either drunk or on drugs because he was whispering and couldn't speak right! Weirdest time ordering food Do Not Recommend!!

I asked for small pizza and mozzarella sticks, I wasn't told they didn't have mozzarella sticks.. I called guy was nice, but they sent me cheesy bread.. Person who took order barely understood me obviously. Smh.. Very disappointed
