We can always count on Novios for a great meal. They are always updating the menu and cocktail list so itâs a new experience each time. The staff work to create a small and personable atmosphere. Everyone there is highly skilled at their profession and they take pride in there work. Anytime we have out of staters coming to visit, we know Novios is the best dining experience in Bangor to treat them to.

The prix fixe dinner is extremely good value. All the items we had were delicious and interesting. The wine pairings were thoughtful and innovative.

Food was lovely and the courses came at a very nice pace. Staff was super nice and easy to talk to. Interior is dimly lit and has a nice cosy feel to it. Perfect for a date or anniversary.
