The drive thru line was so long I couldn't even pull into the parking lot. However, once I did, the line moved very quickly. I was impressed about how smooth things went because I've had a lot of problems at other locations recently.
My order was prompt and correct despite being rush hour lunch time. The parking lot however resembled a war zone with the treacherous potholes you had to avoid.
It's McDonald's. Pretty standard everywhere you go. Clean dining room, Young staff, was a little slow to get my food, but I guess I can't complain. They weren't that busy overall it's consistent, it's tasty, and the prices are okay.. not much to say for the business itself, again they're the same everywhere you go for the most part. They do a good job at this one.
Took me 27 minutes in drive thru to get my order to he missing half of order. I go inside to get remaining items they forgot, for the manager to look at me like a criminal and made me go get my bag out of car for her to see. After she was done touching my food I asked nicely if she's now going to replace everything she touched and her response was really and rolled her eyes. My order was thrown together, burgers nasty with condiments on wrapper more so than on burger fries were cold and barley any fries in the box. #HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE FOOD

This is not what I wanted at 1030 at night after working all day in this storm RAW 1/4 pounder, and don’t even try to tell me it’s not because I used to run 2 different McDonald’s in California and have been to hamburger university.
Maybe don't have mobile ordering turned on when you're not even open. I put my order in and showed up 30 minutes later just to find out it's not open. Extremely poor communication!
I tried to give this specific location a 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th chance but literally everytime I come to this one, my order is messed up. I get its just a McDonald's but we are paying for our food to be correct.Tonight I ordered a large root beer and a crispy chicken sandwich. I got a med coke and 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. (Which I specifically didn't want) If you wanna make 15 an hour, maybe work on being more accurate.
Order is always good but you may as well do Curbside if ordering online, because every time I come here I have to pull into a curbside spot.
the fries are CONSTANTLY COLD have reported my complaints multiple times to never get any answer. Absolutely done with this place.
