My Hamburgers were not cooked completely ? ? ?
Worst experience I've had in a long time but ordered a iced latte and asked for whipped cream and a whole lot of extra drizzle and even said I would pay extra to have it that way. The kid who took my order screwed it up and put extra caramel syrup instead of the drizzle and when I asked them to fix it and would pay extra even the shift lead or manager was very rude to me and even was yelling at me and told me that's not how it comes. Got major attitude from her.
First place we ate after flying into Bangor, and I was struck with how much better the meat was in the burgers up here. I've been to tons of McDonald's all over the country, but this place really struck me with the ingredient quality. I don't know if it's just a regional thing, or maybe I was just super hungry, but the Quarter Pounders with cheese were really good.
Well I'm not much to complain; but... ?♀️The broad in the drive thru window today was beyond rude to a paying customer, who more or less is fine with paying for a couple packets of condiments for a 10p nugget but instead she slammed the ketchup into my hand and slammed the window in our face all while muttering under her breath rude comments, as well as raising her voice to my passenger, she was blonde, childish , and had a weird tattoo on her neck. Customer service industries I can Vouch , tends to be frustrating and what not , but it takes a little maturity to bite your tongue and handle the anger in a more suitable environment... friendly reminder folks. Keep it professional cause that is crucial!! They can never get an order right but yet want 15$* hr poor service and the management curses at customers

I'd give 5 stars but a lot of the time our orders are wrong here, wrong grill items on sandwiches, forgotten items or the wrong drink.
Usually cold food, old fries, once when ordering recently I saw a mouse ? go in the building by a door .. told staff and they just said ok and chuckled .. so haven't really been back to this one
I’ve never been so disappointed as to take the time to write a review, but I feel this is deserved. Firstly, I just sat in line for over an hour at the drive-thru, before finally pulling up to place my order. I could cross the boarder to Mexico in less time than it took me to traverse the length of your parking lot. Ok, not your fault, nobody forced me to sit there. BUT, I expect my food to be edible when I get it. Especially after having to wait that long. The order was all wrong, the fries were undercooked, and my chicken sandwich was so dry and overcooked it was like chewing beef jerky…mmmmm!!!. We didn’t get straws with our drinks and, to top it all off, the girl at the window was basically shoving my order at me. It’s just fast food, and I guess it’s to be expected, but I know y’all can do better than this.
I know the whole world is short handed with help especially fast food restaurants so please be mindful and do your best to have patience’s and respect!!
