employees could learn to get the burgers and cheese BETWEEN the buns instead of half outside the buns.

Ordered food, waiting. The manager tried giving the person in front of me my order, the person proceeded to open bag and touch all food and say "this isn't my food", the manager said "well it is your food so take it!". I stepped in and said that's my order, the person in front of me apologized, the manager told her just to take the food. And made me new food. Attitude from manager was uncalled for. Also took a long time to get food with a full crew working. I won't be back.

I went to the Broadway mcdonalds the last 2 times. I ordered through the mobile app. This location I received terrible service.I had 2 separate orders and 1 mobile order was through my wifes.phone and I was told they couldn't (or maybe wouldn't) fill that order whenI have done that multiple times in the pass. And instead of getting a manager to help. The girl just kept repeating herself..found pretty rude. I had to pay at the 2nd window to getThe next night, they were busy, I get that they can only go so fast. Bit our order tasted as if it was rushed and well halfassed. I'll be going to other mcdonalds from now on

I stopped going here because the machines where always broken and the coffee always cold I went there twice this week and have not complained this morning.I finally called and complained and the women that answered the phone told me there was no way it's freshly brewed I tried to tell her that was not the fact upset at this point because she is calling me a liar which two dollars not going waste time and lie over couple bucks it's the point that this should be fixed or do not say u serve hot coffee said she would not argue with me and hung up on me when I called back and asked for her name she refused to tell me asked for the manager information she also refused me that...I called at about 6:10 this a.m and will be going to speak with an adult.. They do not even deserve one star had to give them that to post

Horrible service. They let you wait 1 hour in the drive through, barely serving the drive through and right before 1:00 AM they tell you they don't take any more orders.Bad bad management. We had 10 cars ahead if us. 1 hour. 10 customers

these clowns didn’t even tell us they were only doing door dash. we waited for these roaches for 10 minutes before being told about it. we just wanted a damn happy meal ?

Got an egg muffin for 8 something never did get my hot choc. Pull up and wait, not for 5 to 8 mins ... Cost $10+ was not worth it.

Stopped at Broadway McDonalds on Friday night at about 7pm. Went into the store to order and waited to be served. We could see the drive thru was being helped. There were no signs saying they closed at 7. No one came to the counter or even commented be there in a moment or to say if they were closed. Was not happy. Walked out and will not be back to this location.

Never will I EVER go to broadway McDonald’s again. I order online through the mobile app, the first time I tried to order it gave me a notification that my order could not be processed and I needed to give them my code at the counter, the lobby was closed. We then sat in the drive through for 10 minutes before I said screw it and tried the app again, this time it worked, we pulled out of the drive through line and pulled into curbside. We then got approached in a manner that I wasn’t even sure as though she wasn’t going to throw the food through the window. This lady was mean, disrespectful and would not stop complaining about how we “fucked things up” inside. Apparently they got the order the first time,even though the app read differently and apparently that was our fault. Goodbye forever Broadway McDonald’s!

We just had food delivered to our store that we didn’t order on the managers behalf. Very very very kind of them to do that!!! Our driver said she was out delivering smiles and she did just that :)
