I ordered a 3 burgers and nuggets trying to get dinner home to my family I also ordered 3 fries, which I did not receive and waited 20 MINUTES OUTSIDE FOR! This is RIDICULOUS! I’m never coming back to the Main Street Mc Donald’s. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m extremely disappointed concidering maine is such a small low population state. Do better.
McDonalds on Wilson St. Brewer, I just picked up a 20 pc chicken nuggets that I believe are a holdover from yesterday. They were almost cold, dry and crispy...(not crispy in a good way)... these should not have been kept so long before being sold. Last week I purchased a fish burger that was so old the bun was hard and crunchy and the fish so dried out it was chewy and gross! I going to start eating at Burger King if they don't shape up!
I go here fairly often, it's a pretty efficient location. I'm generally never there for more than 5 minutes in drive-thru, even when I'm last in line by the road. They keep it moving and do their jobs efficiently, so far as I can see from the drive-thru perspective. Been a couple mistakes here and there, but that happens everywhere. All-in-all you get exactly what you'd expect from a McDonald's restaurant.
I came to McDonald’s around 9:30pm and ordered my food . I am not from Bangor , I am here to work for a few weeks so I had no car , I ubered to the restaurant with the intentions of dining in. The lobby was closed for sitting so that wasn’t the plan . It was only me I’m the restaurant other than the workers so after i received my food I let one of the workers know that I was waiting on my Uber and asked to eat my food inside . They told me no which was fine so I waited to the side on my Uber . It took about 20 minutes for a driver toFinally come get me but the workers inside were so rude and unwelcoming toMe . She yelled at me to leave the restaurant and after I was told my the manager that I could wait for my ride inside she still loudly talked about my situation as if it were such an inconvenience to her. I will never come back here
Do not order for delivery..it never ever is right. You say no tomatoes they put 2×s..yukkky. burger King is the same
This has got to be the worst run McDonalds in the world… for real. Try waiting 20-30 minutes in line… then be bombarded with nasty attitude when asking for extra napkins. I don’t know why I keep trying this place. I wish they would just fold up this location.
Yet again the dipping sauce was not included. This has been happy to often. Please review your process to see why this is so often missed. Sorry to who ever is in line behind me next time because I will sit at the window until I have opened all our bags and make sure everything is in there.
Some loser in the drivethry drops our happy neal and doesnt even remotly act like they did that. Or ask if we want a new one. Eneded up so disgusted we drove off and threw away all the food. Didnt wanna risk the food if they were okay with dropping food god knows what happened when we couldn't see it!
I flew in from Indianapolis and planned on meeting my friend here, then heading down to Bar Harbor. I spent 25$ there by myself and asked the cashier (who was wonderful) if I could stay and read for a few hours. Half an hour after I finished my meal the manager told me I was loitering and had to leave immediately. I was polite and explained the situation. She continued to tell me that I had to leave immediately. This is the last time I will eat at a McDonald's. Why provide free Wi-Fi if you can't stay and work on homework or surf the internet? I was very disappointed in their hospitality.
Wish they would stir the iced coffee instead of just swirling it. The syrup doesn't mix. Even just providing a long spoon would help.
