I asked for hot sauce w my chicken Taco Sauce!? ?

I think this is the last time I'm going to get KFC in a while. I'm patient enough to wait for my food so while it took 20 minutes to get my order, the amount of things I saw while waiting inside was astonishing, in a bad way. The drive thru lines are always long whenever I come and they lock the main entrance of the doors used for quick pickups (you have to use the side door). Floors were wet and slippery with no wet floor signage, which is hazardous. They started cleaning near and around the food area. Employees were handling food and chicken with no gloves; only a couple of employees wore gloves. It took forever to put a simple order together even though there was plenty of food cooked up. Online says the meal will be ready in five minutes, but the order wasn't at all ready even when I there ten minutes past. As someone who used to work in food service at $7.50/hour where the restaurant had some decency in cleanliness and service, the service here was disjointed and terribly unorganized.

The last 2 times I went there the crust didn't stay on the chicken and there was a bunch of grease on the bottom. Won't go there again. Must have a cook that doesn't know doing.

Need more staff but we're ok as of now waited lo ger for chicken than should have .Also got snapped at by staff when I what a fresh mash and gravy and biscuits due to wait they were cold but I'd come here before Wilson Street again

Waited in drive through for just over 40 mins! I am pretty sure that fast food is supposed to be somewhat faster then a sit down meal somewhere..... I work in the food industry, i understand being short staffed. But watching 3 people just stand around doin nothing, while i have been sitting in the drive for 40 mins. Not except able! Probably wont come back to this location ever!

Last night, 2-5-22, I ate supper at this KFC. Having worked for KFC in 1979, I know the company rules. My biscuit came without butter. I went back to the window and requested a pad of butter. "We don't have butter, can't get butter and haven't had it for a week." I assured the excellent employee, Kimberly, that I would do all that I could to get her butter, this week. Don't sell biscuits if you don't have butter. I used hot sauce. It was free. Gravy is not. There is a grocery store within sight and easy walking distance. Get butter!

Pulled into get food at 731 and wouldn’t serve me through the lobby because it closed at 730 but I had a 40’ trailer and couldn’t go through drive thru and still wouldn’t help me out, unreal! Let’s not look out for the blue collar working class!

Horrible experience, let’s start with the drive thru. I waited over an hour for 10 cars in front of me. It was only 9:45pm.. Next was the person in front of me who was throwing all of their car trash out his window. When I got to the window, there is a minimum of 5 staff working, but not one adult in there. They’re all teenagers with no guidance. The food I ordered was already cold when I received it.. Im extremely confused on why the food was cold when I waited over an hour in a 200 foot drive thru. Not only was the time horrible and the food was cold, the chicken sandwiches are awful! The chicken sandwiches as you can see in the photos are made wrong. A spicy chicken sandwich with no modifications were made to the sandwich. No pickles on either, one chicken sandwich was refrigerator cold with 2 chicken nuggets and so much sauce! The chicken sandwich that is mostly right has almost no sauce. I ordered 3 additional chicken breasts and each one is not only over cooked and dry, but they were cold too. For over an hour of waiting, I EXPECT it to be cooked to order. Ridiculous theft of $40.

Manager is so helpful and kind honestly a good person to have this position, she was very understanding while working with us to resolve the issue. 10/10

Most of the time my food is as I order. Buy there have been times I'm missing an item. But they have always come good for it. Some of the kids that work there could have better customer service skills.
