This was my first time having a burger at FiveGuys. Those guys obviously got together and got the “bun to meat ratio” right. The patty was done right just past pink but not over done. The vegetables were crisp and fresh. The fries were real potatoes and salty: just the way I like them. In so many places you have to add the salt but here, it’s done for you and boy is it good. Enjoyed the cool looking soda/pop dispensers. Need to satisfy the burger craving? Do it here!
Had to wait over 40 minutes for my order. It was sitting on the counter the whole time. I asked about it and was told to wait for my name to be called. A different employee finally came over and ask what I was waiting for. I told him my name and he handed me a bag that had been in the rack the enter time I was there. Food was cold. Guy offered me a free drink. I declined.

First time there and definitely had an In n Out vibe. I was sticker-shocked when I looked at the menu; over $20 for a burger and fries seemed a little excessive.
The Bangor location should close for a day or 2 and clean. Look at the chairs, the place is filthy. Cost me $35 3 burgers, 2 drinks, 1 large fry…. Condiments were empty and drink dispensers had limited choices.
Decent food but wish you offered red hot dogs
Five Guys can make a decent, if inconsistent burger. But they advertise delivery and will randomly stop delivery for weeks at a time ... It makes it impossible to count on them if you're having folks over or just for yourself. Bad way to run a business ...
I had a great experience that I wanted to share. I have hearing issues, so when I walked up to the counter I motioned to let the employee know I couldn’t hear her over the background noise. She made sure to write down the question she had, and ensured that I got what was trying to get. She really went the extra mile to make my experience better, and that was really awesome
There food is amazing well worth the money no doubt and everyone is friendly
