This place had been my go to whenever I needed coffee, until today. A young man had gone to the counter and asked if they do birthday drinks. (They do, its apart of the app) The woman behind the counter very snarkily said, "yeah we don't do that" and proceeds to ask the boy how old he is. He answers 16, and she stated back to him "yeah well so was I when I got up this morning, what do you want ?" I never complain about people but to be that rude to a kid for no reason other than your in a bad mood?I'll pay the same at starbucks for a latte without the rude attitude to people, especially literal children.
Ordered a bagel with cream cheese today. Unfortunately I didn't think to take a picture before I ate it. I was very disappointed when it had a tiny amount of cream cheese. I'm not exaggerating when I would guess maybe a teaspoon of cream cheese. The last few times I've been to the Broadway Dunkin's the quality of their food had decreased significantly over the past year. It used to be a great place. After several disappointing visits I think it's time I take my business elsewhere.
We went through the drive through for 2 coffees and a breakfast sandwich the window person was very slow
Wonderful Service! I went inside since there were 6 cars in the drive through lane. I got my order in less than 5 minutes! :)
I give this Dunkin' one star simply because they close at 12:30 in the afternoon for half the week. Open your store.
