I usually go to the DD on Main Street in the morning because it's near my office, but they have been out of the dark roast coffee for several days, so I've been going to Union Street this week. I just wanted to let the Union Street staff know that they are doing an amazing job!! Despite the extremely long line in the drive-thru, it moves very quickly. I'm so impressed with how this DD is run; the staff is great! I wish the Union Street staff could give pointers to Main Street. Thank you so much!
Went in the other day and had to wait for someone to finish talking about beer with the cashier while he waited for his order instead Of standing where you wait for your food/drinks so other people can order. When he finally left, I walked up and the cashier didn’t even look up or acknowledge me I had to initiate the interaction. I ordered a refresher and they were out of the ingredients so I ordered a different drink and she read me back a completely wrong order. When I got my order I asked for whipped cream and was schooled about how it costs extra and I needed to ask when I ordered because it only comes on “fancy drinks”. I said ok nevermind not a big deal and he continued to carry on but still put it on my drink, which was nice. Overall, very uncomfortable and weird experience.
ordered an ICED latte, got a hot one but the label literally says iced. i get its busy but is it that hard to read.?

This location is closed more then open!!! Always some lame excuse, as business owner myself I understand lack full staff, simple managers step ip put in work needed to stay open. But when one person owns every franchise in area they dont care if customers inconvenience to go to another location as they still get your money!
Has good donuts
Took my snacking bacon back in because it was cold and the bacon fat was jelled up on it. They told me that they keep the snacking bacon at room temperature which I’m sure that osha would love to here that meat is being kept in the danger zone (40-140*) The manager was there or owner not sure and he didn’t seem to care. Once again this is why I don’t go to Dunkin’ Donuts !! I’m just glad I had a gift card!
The new hires are great. Made a mistake on my order this morning (life happens.) Fixed it with the utmost professionalism, and it was the nest pumpkin spice latte I've ever had. 11/10
The wait line is humongous. Don't go here if you are in a hurry. If you are not in a hurry, stop by. They did a great job on our order.
