Stopped in today and got a coffee and bagel. Ordered extra toasted, which it said on my receipt. I was at the window after paying for 6+ mins just waiting for the bagel. To speed up there drive through “time” per customer, I got a completely raw bagel that didn’t see a toaster for even a few seconds, with a big chunk of cream cheese stuck to one raw bagel. Obv won’t go back, and got nothing but rude employees. I asked for the manager and they said there wasn’t one there.
Bagels are always fresh at this DD location. Mocha hot coffee with cream is delish!
My 13 year old daughter wanted to treat my wife and I out to a large ice caramel craze latte with her own money and they sent her out with 3 large cold foam cold brew caramel swirls instead. When she went back and asked them to correct it, they gave her 3 cups of something different but they sent the cups out with no label that time and they still weren't latte... no cream on the top and not even the right domed lids. 2x in a row they took what was supposed to be a sweet occasion and ruined it and left her out over $15 and very disappointed. 1st cup is what she ordered the day before from another location. Second cup is the first incorrect order and last cup is the second in correct order with No Label and they didn't give her a receipt either time.
This dunkin has one of the best managers dunkin has ever had at any location. She always makes every store a bit better just with her presence.
Uh, one of the restrooms was out of order I guess? There were two chairs across a table blocking it. Only one was available. But there's not too much heavy traffic so it should be open for a pitstop. They also have nice jelly and cream filled donuts there.
Usually get the drinks wrong. Staff is not very pleasant and the atmosphere is not inviting. Food tasted old was also cold.
very rude and condescending when i called, they were not open in the dining room unlike the business says and were not at all pleasant when answering questions. very negative experience.
The nicest people I have met in Maine so far! I received excellent service and hospitality, on top of being understaffed and busy. They made time for me and I will go out of my way to come back in the future.

Dunkin coffee is always good however since they've started centralized baking the quality of the food is subpar
