This restaurant location is absolutely appalling!Quoted 40min , show up to get our pick up order and the gentleman says it will be 25 min more.After 1 HOUR still no food!!!!The staff said continuously , " so many orders ahead of yours, well why don't you JUST CANCEL IT THEN WITH UTTER COMPLETE ATTITUDE!!we said so this is how you handle customer service."Then told us -- my father , myself and my 18 your old son , to cancel and call corporate. "After 1 hour and 45 min later we got our order of TWO MEDIUM PIZZAS AND ONE APPETIZER .NOTHING TAKEN OFF NO DISCOUNT !!!ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!
gave specific instructions for them to call me at the door of the facility.. they decided to leave the pizza between the doors and not call.. pizza was cold called them and asked to speak to a manager. a gentleman who told me his name was "NAME" Literally told me, "Don't you have a microwave".. and laughed.. not only will I be calling the store I'm also calling corporate tomorrow morning.. that is just ridiculous
Burnt pizza called to let them know and the girl was super rude and didn't seem to care that they just lost a customer
So tired of messed up orders with no help! I call to complain or ask for help and am told that they will not help and that I should email corporate. Well I emailed corporate MONTHS AGO with absolutely no response or help. I decided tonight to give Dominos one last chance and again I had to call for help with my order and was again told I would get no help and that I could email corporate. So I am done, you obviously do not care about customer satisfaction. Maybe you have enough business that you think that my business is not important enough.

Food is always hot ? an there seems to be great employee to meet you when picking up take out. These people' are great workers an really do a great t through job. Thank you Clinton St. Dominos
Horrible service! I ordered cheesy bread as I usually do. I get one regular and one bacon & jalapeño. On both orders there was little to no cheese and no seasoning on the outside. I called in and spoke with Luna “a manager” she pretty much called me a liar and hung up the phone on me. I went back to the store and showed her but she still refused to acknowledge the lack of cheese and seasoning. She refused to let me speak with the actual manager and did nothing to correct the order. That person should not be a supervisor or manager, I am 100% certain I will NEVER order from Domino’s again!!
I will never order with this pizza place again I ordered a steak and cheese oven baked sandwich the steak as hard as a rock it's supposed to have sauce on it it has no sauce on it never again I do not highly recommend this store as for attitudes from the customers and attitude from the manager!
Not good I had delivery but took my pizza back to the store I asked them if my pizza wasn’t dropped then how do they explain cheese under my half cooked crust and when we mentioned calling corporate the girl with blue hair said she isn’t scared of corporate but wouldn’t give her name ?
Place is pretty much complete dog**** wings are always horrible no idea why i continue to order them, placed an order today at 5:54 pm, got a notification that the prep started at 6:31 pm and that my order would be ready by 7:25-7:35. It is now 8 O'clock, I've been sitting in the parking lot for about 45 minutes left went in and asked when the food would be ready and got the response "We will bring it out as soon as its ready" further conversation revealed that my order wouldnt be done for atleast another 20 minutes. Overall, never bringing my service back here which is a shame I happen to like dominoes usually, If there were an option to put 0 stars without a doubt i would do it. Clean up your act "Team Prior Inc."
