Great coffee, donuts, and service!
My favorite ice cream place in Bangor!
Kind of an awkward set up between Tim Horton’s and Cold Stone; it appeared that some but not all of the staff had been trained to scoop ice cream. Our ice cream took a while but it was understandably slower due to a staff member being trained on ice cream. Service aside, Cold Stone Creamery ice cream is still superb and worth a wait ??
The cheesecake icecream taste s like a cheesecake
They false advertise
They had the black cake batter ice cream available for Halloween, which was amazing! I wish they would do more of the specialty colors for other holidays as well; Christmas, Valentine's, Easter, etc.
Best ice cream but little pricey
The ice cream was funny!! Something wierd about it. The fruit was old... This place needs work!!!
As a Canadian it makes me so happy to bring my American friends to Tim Hortons/Cold Stone in the States to have them experience it.
The absolute worst ice cream I have ever had. Service was terrible from the start. Staff didn't acknowledge us for a few minutes. Ice cream was melted in the container behind the counter, worker mentioned how it was melted and then proceeded to put it in my cone anyways. Asked for an ice cream special that they were advertising, and had to tell him the ingredients three times. He put it in a dish after I had asked for a waffle cone twice as well. And the chunks of cookie dough were supposed to be chopped up, but they were too hard so he gave up on chopping them up. So I had cookie dough chunks that were larger than golf balls. And to boot, the ice cream tasted terrible, and the waffle cone that I eventually got was stale.... horrible experience!!
