I second with the other reviews, they cater to the online ordering vs customers standing right in front of you. I went in on a Friday night at 5pm and they said they only had enough chips for online orders because they prepaid. It was prime dinner time. That is unacceptable and they should be plenty stocked during dinner on a weekend. They also had no vinaigrette because "We only make it in the morning". So heads up anyone who wants a salad won't get dressing. I let it go though and tried again at lunch time on Sunday, right around when they opened thinking they'd be fully prepared. This time the were turning away guests because they didn't have enough staff and the morning workers never showed up. They said you have to place an online order to get served and the line was closed??? They didn't put a sign up to notify customers so every single person coming in who didn't have an online order were turned away or yelled at from the kitchen. The employees sounded very stressed, and I have to ask where is the management team in all of this? Such a poorly managed Chipotle! Oh, and the bathroom (right at opening time for lunch - where it should be freshly cleaned) was absolutely disgusting. Nothing was cleaned the night before or morning of clearly. Zero toilet paper. Zero soap. Paper towels everywhere on the floor. The management and owner of this particular Chipotle should be embarrassed at how the run this establishment. Shame on you.

Place has been out of rice and beans for two days now. Closed on random days. This place needs to fully close already. Replace it with a better restaurant. Or maybe get new management who can handle problems. Seeing how busy this place is at times you would think they could order more products to handle demand. But they seem to just cruise on mediocrity, might as well if people keep showing up right?

This is the worst chipotle I've ever attempted to go to. I haven't actually been able to get any food here after 3 tries, they are either out of practically every menu item, or they are closed. In my latest attempt to get a burrito, I was told to, "get out, we're closed" while 5 people stood in line ordering food.. The manager said, "no they were all mistakes, you need to go." I will gladly never go back.

Chipotle needs to do themselves a favor and just close this location. I understand staff shortages but something needs to be done to make this place less of a shitshow. they're randomly closed for entire days, or closing early. they often resort to mobile orders only, and you wait over an hour to pick up your order and your burrito has nothing on it because they're out of everything. it's basically a scam at this point given how difficult it is to get a refund through the app.

I'm sure it's not the fault of the individual store, but the service has gone massively downhill in the past few months. They run out of ingredients by the end of the day, they aren't open on weekends, and the service is slow as all get out. To be clear, I'm not pinning this on the employees. I'm sure they're getting paid peanuts by whoever's in charge and I feel for them. The least management could do is pay them more and hire more staff so they can be open on weekends. They already charge an arm and a leg for their food, might as well pass that along to the people who prop up your business

I had the worst experience with ordering from this store. It was a telephone order for one buritto bowel for puck up and right after I put in the order, I realized the store to puck up was 55 minis away and I call back to cancel but the person on the phone said I had to go to their app to cancel. I was on the road had to drive 4 hours to get home and now I had to add another hour to get to this store to puck up my order. I never received a detailed receipt for the order or a payment receipt. When I pick up order it was so cold and I was unable to get a receipt. I call the chat online to ask for a receipt and they keep asking me for an email address. During the order they only took my phone number and no one could locate my order from my telephone number. The chat agents kept keeping me waiting and I went through 4 agents without any resolution. I will never order from them ever again.

Ordered quesadillas and this is what I got.. got charged for queso/chips.. but didn’t get the chips.

Corporate, do yourselves a favor and close this location. Want to kill a brand? Keep this place open. I wish I was exaggerating when I say the last 7 times we have gone, it has been closed during operating hours. It always seems there is an excuse to why it's not open. Friday, power outage. Tonight, they close at 8 but closed early to clean. The one time I've had it in January, the portions were more than half. Unacceptable and poor representation of Chipotle. I am very patient due to the current employment culture, but this place is taken advantage of the situation. I hope a burrito place opens locally. It would do so well, especially with this place a competition.

I would leave a zero star review if I could. This used to be my favorite restaurant in Bangor. However, I’ve been craving it for weeks and Every time I try to go it’s suddenly closed whether it’s lunch time or dinner time, week day or weekend. Tonight I tried going one last time. Looked online and online ordering was available at 4:45pm, tried placing an order at 5pm when I got out of work and online ordering was closed. So I called them at 5:03pm, they said over the phone ordering was available. I hung up the phone and called my boyfriend to get his order. Called Chipotle back at 5:10pm and suddenly phone ordering was unavailable… They said the location was still open, they just weren’t taking online or phone orders. So I drove to the restaurant, got there at 5:20 and there was a sign on their door that said they were closed. Meanwhile there were several employees inside eating and playing on their phones. Extremely disappointed at this location and will more than likely never be eating there again.

We placed an order tonight ... they closed early but kept their online system up and took our order, confirmed our order and then fraudulently transferred the money from our account knowing they were not go to process the order. When we got there the doors were closed and the people inside were cleaning and wouldn't acknowledge the people who were also there trying to pick up orders that were placed online and charged to their accounts. Someone finally came out, told us they were closed at 5 and wouldn't refund anyone, just said to contact Chipotle. There is absolutely no way to contact anyone and we will have to report this as a theft to our bank in the morning. It was also great to watch the "short staffed" location while their employees eat from their bags of food lined up on the tables as they taunted and danced while we were outside trying to figure out how to contact Chipotle to get our refunds.
