Was a bit of a wait to get in, but worth every minute! The food was absolutely delicious, the staff incredibly friendly and attentive. I believe Caelyn was our waitress, but I have a forgetful mind. I usually have to persuade my boyfriend into coming to this place, but today he suggested it and we are just so glad we did. Perfect meal before a long ride home. We understand places are short staffed right now and you guys killed it effortlessly.
I'm extremely disappointed with my online order! They didn't give me the 3 blue cheese sauces; they barely put any rub or sauce on my wings and overcooked my boneless wings. I tried calling 3 times and went to a voice mail that's not even set up.
First time it took almost an hour if not more to get our food when we got it it was cold ate two wings . I ended up finishing a tall drink and still no food. U finally gave in an got another tall. First time I ever had such bad service and I have been there many times
I am highly dissatisfied with my experience on March 5th, 2022. My party and I visited this establishment under advisement from a promotion in conjunction with the UFC 272 fights to be aired, along with a meal bundle as advertised. Not only were the bundles advertised not available, neither were ay Red Bull products. After multiple requests to have the UFC matches be viewed on the various screens, we were continuously denied by orders of the manager named Randy. We specifically visited in order to enjoy watching the fights, in which the main show began at 8 PM, it wasn't until 8:45 PM that a small tv off in the distance across the entire room that began to broadcast the program in mid fight. I feel as though the management was being very intentionally defiant in accommodating the simple request to view the program and undermined the entire promotion. This is false advertisements on their behalf. They could've put the fights on any of the screens that were muted coincidentally playing music videos that made no sense to even be broadcasting. After spending over $75 on food and refreshments, we decided to take the insult on the chin and leave after closing out our checks. We never got to any of the promotion that was advertised and almost out of spite they changed the main screen and projection in the restaurant to the fights only as we were walking out and had cleared our payment at 9 PM. This is beyond acceptable service and highly unprofessional on behalf of the management that evening being lead by an individual named Randy. After years of being a patron of Buffalo Wild Wings, myself and my accompanied party will not ever be returning to any Buffalo Wild Wings locations ever again. They lost our business indefinitely after such a conniving display of behavior by the staff.
Amazing bartender!! Super fan and knew all the drinks we wanted. Great recommendations for like drinks they didn't have the mix for. Amazing food! Fried chicken sandwich was my favorite so far!
Very friendly staff and great food. This location is much better than some of the others I've been to, particularly those in Pennsylvania, so I was pleasantly surprised. They didn't actually have what I first ordered but were super willing to edit other items to get me something similar and cheaper
Very unsatisfied with the food this time. Every piece of celery ends are black and watery like they were old and frozen. Chicken wing on left seems to be a normal crunchy bww wing. Where as the right seems to be store bought. Seems uncooked and rubbery. I was able to eat 4 then the 16 rubbery chickens are going in the trash.
Ordered the food at 6:29pm, and my order was a 6 piece boneless mild buffalo wings as well as a 6 piece of boneless garlic parmesan. I was told it would be 45 minutes, my son in law ordered 15 minutes later than me and when I arrived at the restaurant, told them my name and paid for the order at 7:10. They said my order was not ready yet and that my son in laws was ready. My order finally reached me at 7:33, I took it and went to my car. The food was cold, the excuse was that this is the busiest that they have been in sometime. I am very disappointed at the lack of professionalism with the staff and the people who took the orders. If it is going to an hour tell me up front maybe I would change my mind about my dinning choice and choose another route.
Food quality is on the down turn, my family orders here almost weekly but this will end.Fries on the last order tasted like they were old fries that had been dropped again.Wings came consistently under sauced and cold.Order time frames wrong more often then not.Front of house staff are spot on and very professional that’s why I give it a second star
Had to seat myself because the two girls were busy chatting with themselves. Waited forever for food.. Fries were cold, chicken burger was good but cold. Waited forever to cash out. Very very loud and it wasn't that busy. Won't be back.
