To improve, they could start by including forks, duck sauce that I paid for, napkins and fortune cookies. I guess you don't get fortune cookies when you order Chinese food anymore. I wasn't informed of this cultural change. All of these things I asked for in my order. I guess you're just supposed to eat the Lo Mein with your hands. They could also place the food so it is not sideways in the bag so that liquid does not spill out everywhere!!! Just a few suggestions. Won't be ordering from here again, not worth all the hassle.

I can not believe the customer service here. We will never be back. To be treated so rudely and disgusting as if they don’t live in a tiny town and need us as customers. Expensive, super long wait times, filthy, advertise for dine in and have tables&chairs but won't let you dine in, unprofessional staff. Save your money and go somewhere else - anywhere else is better.
Best tasting sauces used. General Tsos is delicious. Best Chinese food around. Great service. ?

Definitely disappointing when you call in at 7:20pm and are told they stop taking orders at 7:15pm. Should change there hours of operation if thats the case.

Food is consistently good. When they are busy, like on a snowy night, food can take quite a bit longer than expected. I always see them well staffed and responsive.
