Hands down the best dine-in experience. Quick service. Wonderfull friendly and helpful staff. Our server Alex was extraordinary even by the high standards this place offers. Our food came quick and tasted heavenly. Though the place was quite full service and food were on point, promptly yet we never felt pushed or rushed. Best steaks I have ever tasted. Fantastic wings. I wish I could give 10 stars!
The food at these locations are very consistent. It's always great and it really doesn't vary from each location that I have been to. The menus change occasionally, but the core items remain over the years. One of my favorite chain restaurants. The staff at this location are amazing. That's what sets it apart from some of the others. Will definitely be back when in town.
Usually I would give a good reading for this place. It was a very long time since we went to Applebee's in Bangor. My last visit was a sad affair. Waited 45 minutes when other folks were coming in and only waited for minutes they were seated. The hostess added me on the laptop and, for some reason, a guy working there (not sure if he was the manager) closed the laptop.I approached The hostess and that same guy about we are going to stay and wait so no need to text us. They acknowledged this but I had to walk up to ask what the delay was later. They, for some reason, stopped using the laptop and went back to the dry eraser and did not have our name on the list. No apology, just we will seat you now.Got started and my entree was, at best a lunch. Literally a small handful of fries with a small amount of riblets. The first time I ever left that place not full.Waitress was great. The rest of the experience wished we never went there that evening.
Love the Quesadilla burger here. So good! Great for family get together.
Sat at the bar, where the bartender was amazing!!! ? Non-stop drinks (including all of the ridiculous frozen shakes and drinks) while waiting on a constant full bar. Kudos to Michael!
Had a really good meal with friends and our children. Our waiter was outstanding! Service was, food was really good...overall great experience!
The staff was friendly, however this is some of the worst food I ever had. It beats olive garden but I wouldn't call that an achievement. It's expensive as well. The rice is either overcooked and gummy or undercooked and crunchy, no in-between. Their pasta dish was mediocre at best. It all felt the food was taken out of a bag and placed in a convection oven to reheat.Stay away if you actually have taste.
We come to see Bruce and Michelle. Applebee's food is decent. This particular place is made great by a few servers/bartenders. They are friendly and upbeat and fast. We only come on days when we know who is working.
Good food and comfortable setting for your meal as well as a a nice seating area in the bar. I love how they treat Veterans to a free meal each year on Veterans day.
Eat here about once a week with my husband for date nights for the past almost year now, Love this place, and the food and the waitresses and other wait staff and cooks. Amazing food, great servers, clean restaurant. Food is great. Definitely will go back and continue going there once a week for our date nights!! ???????????
