First got there was told they didn't have the deluxe box after trying to order it. Was then told after two other item number orders that they didn't have the chalupa. That's fine ordered 2 #4s and a chicken quesadilla. After waiting in line for 20 minutes with only a single person, who ended up with a very small bag, got the #4s and a chicken quesarito. Well we said whatever and took it. As I was eating my crunch wrap I spotted a line of metal shavings on the outside of my wrap. This is the last time I will be going here.
If I could give zero stars it would be 5 to many stars. I pick up for door dash and the line was 45 minutes long and when I got to the window they said they were still preparing it ,at the window it took another 10 minutes of waiting before the order was ready. Every time I come here the line is at least 45 minutes long and the lobby is never open. There is always five or more employees inside just standing around and going outside every 10 minutes to smoke a cigarette one to two employees at a time. The most horrible place I’ve ever been
Second time they mess up my order. I ordered chicken supreme curnch and they gave me beef instead. So inconvenient, ended up coming home and havong cereal for dinner. Never coming back here!
Customer service sux. They're beyond slow (45 min wait) on the lobby bc they took care of drive thru before lobby. Crew members yelling and swearing infront of customers. The managers need to clean house and get better staff
I don't set the bar very high when it comes to fast food. Yet somehow this place manages to underperform on even the simplest of tasks. Ordered the cantina chicken box meal for my wife and a steak chalupa meal for myself with no veggies on anything. Nothing crazy or complicated andvthey were not busy.One other car in drive-through. They managed to make my wife's meal (cantina CHICKEN box) with ground beef and not a single piece of chicken to be found. And my entire meal had lettuce and tomatoes. The only thing this particular store succeeds in is total failure. Have had multiple poor experiences here...... but again, my expectations were not high to begin with and I've given it multiple tries because its the only taco bell in the area.
Extremely awful service today ! I spent sixty dollars on things to be thrown into bags nothing even remotely separated as it should’ve been! Not impressed at all Taco Bell! Do better !
The crew does a great job. They are all very friendly. Heather took our order. And was very friendly at the window. And meet the rest of the crew at the window. I hope you proceed to hire more people like them.
These people either dont know what extra meat is or their managers tell them to ignore it.. I went twice in one day to buy 1 chalupa with extra steak and 1 chalupa with normal steak. And guess what? They were the same chalupa... its like they think no one will notice. I turned in my review with their receipt but that changed nothing.It also takes like 30 minutes to get through the line.
Slowest Taco Bell ever. Closed lobby,only drive thru. We were trapped in a line for an hour. Soggy soggy soggy gross tacos, and they forgot the sauces. We couldn't get them after due to long line and closed lobby.
Hours are very inaccurate attempted to go by at 530 to get a quesadilla and the drive through had cones out. Have gone by multiple times and has been closed in the past not a very stable restaurant for hours. I would recommend making the drive over to the Lewiston taco bell. You won't be waiting for an hour like others have stated on here.
