I look forward to my daily visits with all the wonderful people that work at this location. They are always kind & ready to suggest something when I don’t always have a clue. I’m sure this is why there are many fans, waiting in line to get some of the best service around. The workers at this location have some of the best work ethic I have seen in this industry. Thank you all !

Went to the Mt Auburn Starbucks before I went in for my shift this afternoon for a little coffee. I waited in line thru drive thru for almost 30 min total from the time I pulled up to the time I received my order. I do understand that times are tough with limited workers, so waiting was okay. What ticked me off was that I paid close to seven bucks for my drink order, and when I went to drink it, 70% of the drink was whipped cream. I am so disappointed. If I wanted to pay seven bucks for whipped cream I would have bought myself two cans… and waiting 30 min on top of that, as a loyal Starbucks consumer has ruined my experience with the company. Do not recommend.

Baristas were so friendly and so nice! I requested green tea in my drink and they had to remake some tea which took about 5 minutes. I’m usually pick so I only wanted the green tea rather than another, they were kind enough to make friendly jokes and chats with me as we waited! They thanked me for being patient and gave me a free brownie. I didn’t get their names but thank you! -Hannah ❤️

Just a little customer service 101. If someone asks for a small, you don't need to inform them it's called a tall. And then definitely don't follow that up by telling them a large is calked a venti after they order a large for their next item.Clearly you knew exactly what size I was referring to, and no other barista has ever had to ask. And then you had to ask what my order was again on both items, because the only thing you remembered was the sizes you were eager to tell me I'd said wrong.I've worked in many customer service environments, and those who insist on correcting their customers' wording on trivial things NEVER last in their position. I get that you're swamped, and it's probably been a hard day. But you're not making it any easier on yourself when you carry a superiority complex like that.5 stars because I know how much a 4 hurts, and I'm not going to do that to the rest of the employees.

These guys need a bigger drive through but there's a reason people wait 10 car lengths to order!

Clean dining area, very busy, staff was friendly and efficient, lots of options for food and drink. A little pricey, seems there is a new upcharge for add-ons at this location.

Ridiculous wait time with no regard to the timing of when orders come in. After 20 minutes of sitting and waiting after ordering and watching new people come and go I decided to check. Emily said "yes I have your order and I'll get to it" and continues for another 10 minutes to make drinks of those who came in just 5 mins ago. I get that your busy, but do them in order as they come. After asking about mine it was 4+ drinks prepared for others, 10 minutes later and no progress or apologies. Making drinks for friends under their name and making sure they got them first. Won't be back, thanks!
