Friendly customer service. The food is al ays fresh and the variety is perfect. They don't use cheap ingredients like many other Chinese buffets. The food is as good as if you order it off a Chinese food menu with no cut corners. I really enjoy this buffet. Also nice clean restaurant. Thank you
We have had great experiences in the past here but today me and my grandparents stopped in and it was very cold inside and the food was quite cold. Not sure if the heater wasn't on or what. Everything tasted good but for 10.50 a person I would expect the buffet bar to be much warmer. However, the staff are great and very friendly. They even offered a closer seat to us because my grandpa walks with a cane.
Highly enjoy the selection everytime I go! They've got fresh sushi, and sashimi made by a chef in-house, a wonderful variety of typical chinese-american food like coconut, orange and general tso's chicken, as well as enough options to keep a vegetarian happy. My family comes here very often and has never had an issue. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. ❤

The crew at lotus tonight were awesome! VERY attentive. Really good Mai Tai made by both people that made them ( we each had two) Always friendly here when we come and make us laugh and feel welcome. Yes we will be back. Thank you for your service.
My wife and I have been going to this place for about 14 years. Things where great to start off with. As the years have gone on the crab Rangoon has less and less filling. For the cost of them they should be FULL not a little amount. If I could add pictures you would be upset too. NOT HAPPY! It takes a lifetime to keep a customer but only a few seconds to loose a customer for life. Someone needs to fire the person that made them 2/24/2022.
Asked for extra duck sauce and got extra rice, the delivery person REFUSED TO DELIVER IT TO THE ROOM, dispite the menu stating that they would…. No worries $.80 TIP.The food is dry!!!I don’t recommend this place
These guys are the ONLY ones who sell Egg Drop Soup which I have long loved and their dumplings, egg rolls, and spring rolls are HUGE. The food is phenomenal and the workers are unfailingly polite. This has quickly become one of our favorite take-out places for Chinese, and is one of the best Asian restaurants in the area. We can be picky about food quality, so it's nice when we find a place that exceeds our expectations.Well worth any money that is spent.
