There was quote a line upon showing up but within the 15 to 20 time period they gave us we were in like Flynt! For a culinary restaurant this is hands down my favorite steakhouse that I am aware of comin g in at a close 2nd to Macs Grill on Minot Ave in Auburn...both places are amazing and for their own special reason. I recommend the steakhouse 6nor 8 Oz Renegade over the filet any day it's just as too and savemoney it in my opinion it's better. Some fresh amazing casear Sala and sweet potatoes and its a wrap I love it. Love all the waitstaff I've ever had from ones that considered us regulars to new faces they are all amazing and they deserve to be tipped nicely
My friend and I both ordered soup and salads. After eating almost half my salad I found a dead fly in it! I brought it to the managers attention and at first one stated they would comp my bill. I got the bill and only one soup was taken off. When I asked to speak to the manager again a different manager came over and stated he would only comp one salad snd one soup even though neither of us wanted to finish our soups or salads because we were so disgusted. When we stated this the manager was very rude, nasty and unprofessional. We also waited over 45 minutes for the manager to talk to us and was still left with the bill! Will not be back. Clearly this manager does not care about the store, good reviews and clearly needs a lessons on how to treat customers. Shame on you Longhorn. ?♀️
Great service. Like the warm bread. Salad was good and was quite large for a side dish. My meal was barely warm when it arrived. The rice was dry and clumpy and shrimp was rubbery. Everyone else enjoyed their meals. I learned that you don't order shrimp at a steak house.
Past experiences here havnt been very great but I was willing to go give it another try. I love great service and the server I had today earned this 5 stars. Longhorn has great tasting food. It's the service that brings people back.He was upbeat and genuinely kind. Please do more of this.
Longhorn Steakhouse is the best Steakhouse in Auburn! Worth every penny! This is where my wife and I take guests when we want to impress.
Was a wonderful relaxing atmosphere and delicious meal. It was crowded but staff were doing their due diligence in cleaning between customers. If a crowd where not everyone is masked bothers you, order take out. I highly recommend!
My husband and I visited Longhorn Steakhouse for Valentines day, it was early afternoon, we got there about 2:30. We didn't have to wait too long, maybe 20 minutes. The food was great, as always but the service was lacking. Our waitress Jill was not tentative to our needs, I had to ask for a straw several times. The tables around us were getting their bread and drinks before us even though we were seated first. I am not one to complain, I just feel the lack of customer service needs to be addressed. I understand that staff shortages may effect the service but the other waitresses and staff seemed to be handling things just fine and at that time, it wasn't that busy.
Always great. Was absolutely mobbed tonight, testament to how good it is. We called ahead and didn't have to wait long after arriving. Food came quick and was perfect. Staff was excellent
Longhorn has always been a great place to enjoy a nice dinner and some friendly chit chat with friends or family. The atmosphere here is generally pretty welcoming although I will say I haven't actually been a dine in customer since COVID-19 came around. I do however still order take out from their delicious menu and have yet to be disappointed. Staff has been and still is very friendly!
service was good. hightop tables were very comfortable...the vegis were very good and the steak and shrimp combo was done perfictly
