If I could leave a 0 star review, that's what I would be leaving. Last night I visited this location and ordered 3 pizzas online to be picked up from the portal Box. When I arrived and took my pizzas out of the portal, I had 2 customers approach me and let me know that, as the employee was loading my pizzas into the portal pick-up box, one of my pizzas had been dropped, slid out of the box and onto the floor. They told me that he put back into the box, and into the portal to be served to me. When the tall, heavy set young man, was confronted with this, he lied to me and told me that it did not touch the floor. There were 2 witnesses who said otherwise. He then told me that they had planned to make me a new one, but could not answer me as to why they had put that pizza back into the box, and into the portal to be served. If I had not been told by the other customers, I would have taken that pizza home and served it to my children. That is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting! We will not be coming back and I have contacted corporate.
Me and my kid love this place but we love the classic pepperoni the most
Ive tried ordering over the phone multiple times and they seem to never answer it or when they do ur on hold for 40+mins and when u order instore its like ur not there till they are ready terable customer service
Long wait, no masks, messed up order twice on same visit.
We get the half pizza half breadstick combo and it is spot on. Best deal in town for a quick bite of pizza.
Good food but always under staffed even before covid hit. Then NEVER have employees answer your work phone for orders to go, so then we have to wait 20-30 mins on your order. If you picked up your phones i would have given a 5 star rating, but this has happened everytime I go there (3xs a month)
Great staff, unclean place but mediocre pizza comes with environment its comes from.
A thick layer of dust grease and spiderwebs covers every square inch of this place. Giving it 1 star seems to generous for how disgusting the visible areas of the restaurant are I can't even imagine what the customer can't see. Items left in refrigerated on the counter top the entire time I was waiting over 30 minutes
You can't beat the price and the is pretty good...crazy bread is the best tho
Good food. While short handed staff was good and set good expectations.
