Stopped this evening and ordered 2 kids meals and an 8 piece family meal. Got home and neither kids meals were in the bag, just their drinks. KFC will not answer their phone.
too bad you order and pay for a meal and when you get home to eat find out you never got what you ordered. this isn;t the first time but you can bet it will be the last. pretty hard to mix up drumsticks and end up with a breast and thigh. maybe someone should train these people who work there. someone should show the workers the difference between potatos and gravy and french fries. we were pretty disgusted to say the least
This KFC in Auburn is dirty. I understand the front windows being dirty outside as the building sits close to the road. I'm talking about the inside of the store. Every where you looked there was trash, and dirt. And the counters and machine fronts had built up grease and smudging. If my husband and I could have found some where else to eat without a line we would not have eaten here. And we should have gone elsewhere because the food didn't stand up to KFC's normal quality.
I really like KFC. If I eat fast food it's here and maybe another place. The food is generally pretty good. Nice and fresh and tastes delicious. I understand when they may not have a particular item at certain times, it takes awhile for the chicken to cook etc. One thing I do not understand is how particularly rude one of the employees is. She is almost always at the drive thru window when I go through. She completely lacks any sense of customer satisfaction, personality and tact. The window opens and she usually doesn't say a word, not the total or anything! Just holds her hand out waiting for your form of payment. Somebody help you if you have a coupon, she'll pay you almost 4 dollars in nickels. Extremely unimpressed with her attitude and level of customer service!
Food was really good. Probably some of the best chicken I’ve ever had at a KFC. The issue was when I went to take a fry out of the container and an ANT falls out of the container too
Tasty chicken, pretty good sides, fast service. Can't really go wrong with some KFC...and if you bring it home and pair it with sticky rice and some Thai sweet and spicey sauce...it is simply out of this world explosive flavor...and that is the best way to enjoy your KFC.
Terrible, that is my one word to describe this restaurant. We had to wait for the fries which isn’t a big deal if they were planing on giving us our food. We had to go thru the drive thru twice. Yes TWICE. We went to check inside but we got a LOOK, from the lady and then locked out.Then after 45 mins of waiting we finally got our food. It was bad customer, worse that Chipotle, ps: and it was closed. Also our food was cool! What has our society come to. Honestly I am concerned!
Constantly out of wings or strips. Seems to be an inconvenience if you ask how long to cook more. I don't go very often anymore because of this issue
Every time I go to this store they are out of either crispy or original recipe. And on top of that every single time I go to this one they never get my order right. Something is always missing
I can’t even begin to rate this place right now I have called twice the second time I did get to speak to Luigi the manager and he says could you hold for a second while I take care of this order so I was like yeah and what does he do he just leaves me hanging there for almost 10 minutes while there’s joking and laughing and everything in the background so I did not get any response out of the store at all I will be also posting this to Facebook and any other media cites in the Auburn, Lewiston area that I can because it was burnt food dried out chicken everything was just totally disgusting the rolls were so gross they could be thrown up against the wall and they would bounce off. OK that’s all I got to say for my 25 dollars that I spent there. goodbye
