I have eaten at many chines restaurants , And this was my very first time trying the hunan house the food was defiantly 10/10 but the service was 0/10 the lady taking our order was very hostile and rude and loud and very much distasteful and just down right uncomfortable to be around. Than when it came to paying she got our checks wrong and was upset that we kindly asked her to change it around I personally had the most uncomfortable dine-in experience I would not recommend to anyone, if anything do a takeout.
Great prices, yummy food and drinks.
More people should eat here its a little less known but not because it's any less worthy. I love the food and the look of the place.
We just ordered pad thai and the other menu. The fried rice was too hard. My kid ate them then threw up and stomachache all night. It's never happened before but I guess that we won't go back again.
I ordered Beff Egg Fu Young, egg roll & Shrimp Fried Rice tonight . The Egg Fu Young was so greasy and overcooked and the egg roll had an unbelievable amount if grease in it. Very Disappointed and well not recommended this establishment.
It is not quite as good as US West Coast Hunan, but far better than the local Canton Chinese.

Hair & Egg Shells in Food, Meals Soaked in Greasy Sauce, Incredibly Rude Cook (owner?)! Until recently I was a relatively regular patron here, but after multiple terrible meals, an unsanitary incident and belligerent management, I would not recommend this place in any way. After one bad meal with egg shells in the food, I tried again and after spending nearly $50 for takeaway found a piece of human curly hair mixed in with the broccoli making the dish completely unappetizing. I rang up and the cook was belligerent, extremely rude and was adamant it could not be from her. There was a man on the phone as well, her husband (?) who did not offer any apologies or kind customer service either. He appeared to be yelling and making excuses as well. They did not offer to reimburse for the meal or take any responsibility for it. I never mentioned the previous egg shell incident, nor the meals always laden in greasy/lardlike sauce. Hair in the food is utterly repulsive, and their reaction was appalling. NEVER AGAIN!
Ordered some beef teriyaki and some chicken fingers. When I got home to eat them they were all severely overcooked. When I brought the food back to get a refund the manager was extremely rude and refused to refund my money and told me my food was not overcooked after reaching in the bag and handling the food and then giving it back to me telling me, the customer that I was wrong.. I will never eat here again and do not recommend it to anyone.
