Incredible- fast service, the food feels healthy, filling, real, & amazing ? Good portions, fair prices. 10/10 will be back! ⭐️ there arent many places you can eat around here without feeling bad afterward, or without sacrificing taste for healthiness. Thank you!

I've never gotten a bad sandwich here. Service is fantastic. Pickles are incredible. All around a great lunch experience.

If you’ve never had a Hell’s Kitchen from Heidi’s Brooklyn Deli, you are totally missing out. My mouth is on fire, but it’s soooo goood!!! And I have lunch for tomorrow too. ?

I have loved it all. I especially love the grilled pepper sandwich. It brings me back to my grandfathers kitchen and his Saturday sandwiches while the sauce was cooking!! Thank you for such an authentic tasting sandwich!! #italiangirlforlife

Haven’t been to this location in over a year and decided tonight my wife and I would give it a go …. Granted we did show up a little before closing …. But as we pulled up we noticed a girl behind the counter quickly disappeared to the back …. After waiting more then 5 minutes and making plenty of effort to get someone …. We left …. Totally disappointed at the service …. Then to only see as we drove up the road the girl to reappear behind the counter ….. if she didn’t want to serve us a simple explanation would have been fine !!!

Love the food but when the service is terrible it ruins the experience. Wish the staff were more friendly.

On my last visit I arrived minutes before noon so just barely beat the Saturday lunch rush. Staffing shortage left only 2 gals running the show up front, but Heidi's apparently lucked out and got the right 2. Despite the onslaught, they held everything together and were perfectly pleasant and professional while doing it. I have no idea how. Truly amazing.Heidi's is always fresh, excellent food and this visit was no exception. (Pro tip: try the Hell's Kitchen. Grab extra napkins.)

Great sandwiches...if you can catch them when open. I've traveled 30 miles south to get here 4 separate time and they are closed, so burger king gets my business those days. You should be open 7 day a week 6am to 9pm. I personally know enough customers to know that they could have bring in a profit with these hours of operation.

Always good food and inviting atmosphere. I always stop in for the chicken salad when I am in Auburn. You won't go away hungry and the food is homemade.

Every time I'm in Auburn, I make sure to stop at Heidi's. The Hell's Kitchen on marble rye is my absolute go to, but everything I've tried has been phenomenal, and even in pandemic times, they manage to keep it such a cheerful, fun environment. Excellent food and hard to find local soda options, a must for anyone to try!
