I love this place been going for years. As of late things have been messed up on orders. I need a break see you in a month, during that time please make sure your people answering the phone pays attention, listens and puts what ppl order on their order ty instead of being a robot.. I get it I'm in customer service as well ik how tired u are after a long day.. Still love your food

Ordered for the last time a few weeks ago! Something was wrong in my order & we had company without enough food to feed everyone (they gave me less food than I ordered). But since THEY chose small instead of large , they told me I could order it again, pay for it again and wait an hour to get it! That was NOT correcting a mistake, that’s poor customer service! And the boy I spoke with, Jacob, needs to learn how to talk to people! Rude young man, and because of how I was treated by Jacob, we will never going back
Ok so not only is it convenient that you can get food, tobacco if that's your thing and any other convenience item in the same spot or delivered to you is fantastic. The food is delicious, order accuracy is on point and the staff is very friendly. Love this place.
So normally this place is pretty good but tonight we got a calzone and it was nothing but dough on the bottom not cooked at all I don't think we be calling them any time soon
Always so good and they use mini pepperonis! Super sad they're selling the building and the thought of going back to ordering papa johns or dominoes is depressing.
I gave a $10 tip on a forty dollar order and the delivery guy would not leave me alone. Knocking on my door and would not leave. I called Heathcos and he had already called about me so my complaint was not addressed. Beware!
