4 teenagers "working", no adults. 20 minutes to get our order......it's ice cream.....scoop, scoop, scoop, serve and done. Easiest job on earth. Implement a no phone policy and have an adult shift leader. I'll never go back
I ordered a banana split. The girl asked me what flavors I wanted. I told her to suprise me, because I'm not picky. She gave me dutch chocolate, french vanilla, and peanut butter. All excellent choices.They served it to me and it was huge. It was delicious and well worth the money.I am here working this week from Tennessee. If I come back, I will give them my business again.Thank You for a delicious treat.
Takes too long to get the ice cream once you've ordered. I ordered two scoops of mint chocolate chip and waited 10 mins.
Very poorly run. Entire staff is comprised of all teenagers who have no clue how to do their jobs. Cashier doesn't know which buttons to push, a large soft serve looks like a baby dish, we ordered 3 icecreams and 4 groups behind us with multiple people recieved their orders before us. I completely understand the learning process as these are 'kids' but there should be some type of shift leader or someone with experience on staff to explain to them how this should work. We will not be returning.
As the most loyal customer, was the last customer of the 2021 season! Thank you to the Auburn team for hanging in there during staffing shortages. Would love some additional Froyo options for next year, even offering them in existing flavors

The atmosphere and ice cream is good but you better hope that you don’t get served by the owner as he is rude and have no idea about what a good customer service is.
The biggest and best banana split I ever had and I've eaten a lot of them! Server's were pleasant and the price was right
