I brought my daughter and her friend today while at the mall. The staff working were very helpful and friendly, but I felt as though the games themselves were over priced and did not give an appropriate amount of tickets. My daughter was disappointed that there were not traditional coins or tickets, but a card to swipe each time you wish to play. I suppose that could just be part of times changing and advanced technology.I would definitely make the 2.5 hour drive to NH over the 20 minute drive to the Auburn Mall. I just feel like it is a more traditional arcade, games are priced fairly based on tokens (not money), and the ticket reward seemed worth it.Pros: Staff, cards are easy to use though not “traditional”.Cons: Overpriced, hard to earn ticketsSuggestion: Implementing an hourly rate for the maze/play house so those that are just passing through can enjoy it rather than spending $7.
This is a fun place for the kids to play arcade games. The problems are, a bunch of games are out of order. It's basically a nostalgic money pit. The workers seem to be mostly young and don't have much work ethic. The plus side is that the kids have fun and don't notice the flaws too much.
My family has visited multiple times and we just love this place!!! The games are very reasonably priced and they have a great variety. New games all the time! Great place for a birthday party too!!! Staff has always been super nice!
My mother and son went here yesterday. When my mother went to get a drink, my son misplaced his game card. She asked for assistance in looking for it and was treated very rudely. When the card wasn’t found, the worker made statements saying that “they were the only ones around” and that there was “no way of knowing the amount they had on it” so he would not issue another one, even though they didn’t ask for a refund, only some help. After some moving of the machine, he opened the machine and realized it had slid in between and gotten stuck inside. He did not even apologize he told my 7 year old son he shouldn’t have put it there.. you could barely even see the space it fell into. Also she asked about using the play area and they told her it was $6, she explained they were closing in less than an hour and the blow up area was not even in operation, they told her it was still $6. This place is already barely decent to bring your kids, with all of this rude and absolutely uncalled behavior they will not make it much longer.
Great new look. Lots of new games. Pizza was good. Great place to spend a hour or two.
It’s clear that this place tries, they have several staff members working which is better then similar places, but the same can’t be said for the games. One of the shooting games has a gun falling apart and doesn’t work, some of the pin balls games as soon as they start the ball gets stuck, one of the driving games is broken, frogger is broken, etc… the staff were nice enough to give us credit on our games cards each time we had an issue but it was pretty busy and after the second or third time we got tired of going back up to the counter and waiting in line for 20-30 minutes. The staff seemed to know which games were problematic even though the games were not labeled or unplugged. They do serve decently priced food which is super convenient, though most of the tables needed to be cleaned. There’s also a climbing structure that’s $6-$7 per child “for the whole day” but be warned that only covers about half of it, the inner most part is a seperate fee that’s $2 per child and is timed, there’s an inflatable bounce house and slide in there. The games give digital tickets as rewards but most of the games reward very few tickets and most of the prizes are lots of tickets, certainly made me miss dream machine! Overall it’s a halfway decent place that’s almost somewhat affordable to take the kids in the area. We had 6 people in our party and spent about $50 per person in the time we were there but by the end the adults were tired from the kids getting upset at broken games. The place has a lot of potential so hopefully they’ll keep improving!
You pay 75 cents to $1.00 per game and get somewhere between 5- 10 tickets (sometimes more if you're lucky but generally in the 5-10 range) we had 3 kids with $30+ each and accumulatively left with 625 tickets Also…the maze in the middle has a bounce house slide that to play on you have to pay an additional charge of $2 and it’s timed for A VERY SHORT period….this is on top of the $7 you pay for the bracelet for the maze that the bounce house takes the majority of the maze space. There is no signage anywhere indicating that the inner portion of the maze is paid and timed. All in all I felt it was a rip off. A lot of the games were broke. ?
I take my kids here a lot but we never get the food.... I never saw a kitchen so I thought they ordered it... I was SO WRONG. If you go here and don't get lunch or dinner you're truly missing out! The kids loved their cheese burgers and pizza, my fiance and I got the steak sub... it was hands down the best steak sub I've ever had... the ribbon fries were so good.. The arcade is pretty awesome, the games are reasonably priced and I love that the game section is a few steps up on a different "level". It makes it easier to keep the kids from leaving the play area. The play gym is awesome for the kids too... we usually do a $20 game pass and a bracelet for the gym and the kids have a blast. This place is definately a diamond in the rough, no offense to the Auburn Mall... ?
Deff wasn't awful but wasn't worth almost $200 considering when I arrived my son's party was themed for a girl. Which is okay, mistakes happen. We took it down put up neutral party stuff. Then was told they ran out of cups. Never got water or drinks. So I had to leave to buy my own. And then paid for 11 kids to go in the jungle gym with there wrist bands and turns out you dont even need to pay for extra...... You can just go in. Again my son enjoyed it, and we made the best out of it. Just wasn't worth $200
I always have fun there very relaxing
