I m a trucker and order online walking pickup and the store was drive cars only, front door was closed. i lost my $ 10 dollars and didn’t got my delicious coffee , hoping the manager send me a gift card ,
I was heading into work and stopped for coffee at 4 when they opened. I waited for 25 minutes to try to order my coffee and NOBODY took my order and there was a lady working.I even went up to the window and knocked on it to get her attention and she never came to the window.My opinion is get people that will actually do their job or change the hours because this store definitely lost lots of money this morning because this lady didn’t take the my order or any of the orders from the 8 cars that was behind me.
I bought some stuff from this location today, and most of it was okay at best but one of my bagel bites had a finger not only pressed into it, but the picture I’ll be supplying below shows that it was pressed in PRIOR to cooking because of the crispiness of the edges of the indent. It was also cracked down the middle because of this. I’m incapacitated and unable to drive because of it and this was my breakfast.
Lovely brand new dunkin. I have go in to get my girlfriends ice coffee everyday because I drive a box truck. Inside I always get good service. I have yet to use the drive thru. I'm excited that they have a ordering kiosk right when u walk in however it is not set up yet. Overall fantastic dunkin!
I love how clean the place is, generally friendly staff, and food is just like any other Dunkin
Love their egg sandwiches and wake uo wraps and donuts, not a coffee person so can't speak to that but everything else is always amazing here!
Absolute worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been too, food is always messed up in some way and the coffees from there have been horrible, I ordered a coffee with cream and sugar and they gave me a black coffee with the exuse there machine was messed up.
Consistently wrong coffee, intermittently wrong sandwich, and NEVER ready even when ordered through the app 20 minutes before arrival. Seriously? You have one job, Dunkin!
i’ve been getting dunkin for years and i’ve never had a problem until now. i’m a very patient person and i am always on my way to work when i stop so i never have time to stop and let them know something is wrong. i understand mistakes happen, but something is wrong with my order 75% of the time i go there. i’ve received burnt food, cold food, food that’s over an hour old, coffee that tastes burnt. the list goes on. and it’s ONLY this location i’ve had issues with. very dissatisfied and it sucks because it used to be great.
Food was edible & seemed to be fresh.. My biggest complaint is $ PRICING $..Seriously, 5.69 $ for a croissant with cheese and bacon is a bit pricey I think? But then again everything seems to be going up..??
