Was in store, only person inside. Got stared at by all 4 workers. Was standing there being patient at first as they're making the drive thru orders. No verbal communication what so ever. There was no"well be right with you" or"just a sec" I got started at. So I said, "okay, have a great day ladies" turned and left a they clearly stared again as I left. I just don't understand how your customer service can be that low to not verbally communicate to someone. Especially knowing I was there, just so dumbfounded. Not the first time having a bad experience as the handful of times ordering here there is always something wrong with it.

Great coffee and fast service
The girl who took our order was rude, and the coffee tasted like it was sitting for to long/burnt.
Lately it's been awful, frozen coffee been dark and bitter. Just on the past couple weeks don't know what there doing different but it's gross noone seems to be listening to how we like our coffee
It's the line that makes the rating low the people will sit in the road to get in instead of going to another dunkin or just waiting.

very disrespectful worker named ruby. cussing in front of customers and being very rude to her coworkers. come on, show a little bit of respect. it’s literally your job, be respectful. people are coming to your dunkin’ and buying your products and you want to be disrespectful to your coworkers in front of your customers? i normally don’t post stuff like this because i like supporting my local businesses, but this was absolutely disrespectful.
