Great food, amazing ice cream and kind and quick staff. One of the better Dairy Queens I've been to.
The one that took our order has an amazing personality. She was beaming through the microphone.order was accurate and the customer service was better than ever!
What to say about Dairy Queen? The food is delicious and they have some options that are a nice break from usual fast food offerings. Always loving the ice cream or any treats they have. Good to satisfy those cravings any time of year. Staff is really friendly and efficient. Sometimes the wait at drive thru is a little long but always worth it
Great place to take the family in for clean fun food! I also enjoy the drive through when on the go. The cakes are so delicious and the staff is always great!
Food is always hot and fresh employees are always curious and kind never had a bad experience there delicious cheese curds delicious hamburgers most delicious French fries
Seasonal popcorn shrimp always impress me. I come back every February for that meal and it's worth it every time!
I went through drive through to pick up a blizzard for a friend who was sick. I asked the girl who took my order for a lid since I had a ways to go. She was very nice and said to just ask the girl at the window. No problem except the girl at the window acted like she wanted to be anywhere but there. She took my money without a word and when I asked her for a lid just looked at me and turned away. She then gave me my change and shut the window, turning her back. Ok no problem maybe she is just having a bad day. After a few minutes wait she put the lid on my order, turned it upside down with a condescending look and handed it to me. I told her thank you and she shot me another look, closed the window, and turned her back. I'm not sure what warranted such an attitude towards me but I will never go back and will not recommend this particular store.

twice I have been in the Lewiston Idaho store and both times food cold or not what we ordered customers after us got there food before us . fast food that's funny poor food poor service I spent fourth Dollers .prefer ay3:25 got food at 3:50 come on
Usually we love it here. Yesterday we had the rudest window girl ever. We misunderstood a menu item combo and tried explaining it on our end and she was super rude and condescending. No need of it, we aren't children. It was a misunderstanding. FYI there is no ice cream with the cheeseburger special. we were getting the 6 dollar combo thing all summer but we must have missed the memo that there are 2 different ones? Anyway the girl needs a new job if she's going to be so rude to customers.
