Rock hard stale chips that are unchewable. Dirty tables. Low on staff. No carbon in any of the soda. Half the sodas are out of order. Food is still delicious though.

My family and I went in for lunch! We were happy with the food..but the Manager on duty (Indigo) was very disappointing! She definitely needs management training! Not only does she not manage the crew in the right direction..she bullies and degrades her employees! Your employees are your backbone of any business! It shocked us to hear Indigo not only complain about her crew to a customer..but she literally degraded them in front of customers and her employees! I hope and pray the kids working at this location find not only a better job but better teachers! You are only as good as your weakest link Indigo..and it’s your job to teach employees not belittle them!

Hands down this is my favorite Chipotle. The staff & manager are fantastic! They work hard, treat their customers right & have great food.

BEWARE! Updated 5-23-22. Ordered on the app and paid on the app. Selected a pick up time in the late afternoon. Arrived at this location in Auburn and it was closed! Note on the door said only open from 1045 - 2 and for refunds to contact a 800 number. I am working on a refund now, may update this review once that gets figured out. This location is 1 hour away from my house and I only went here because I had a gift card and a free chips and dip because it was my birthday. I was given 2 free burritos to use in 30 days as compensation but I still paid a few dollars out of pocket to make sure I used up my gift card. I want the money back that I paid for out of pocket, not 2 coupons that will expire soon.

So I left this 1 star review a year ago when they first opened because I literally waited 2 hours for my online order and they still got it wrong but I decided to give them one more chance a year later and it was a big mistake. I ordered online, they took my money, and when I got there the doors were locked. Lights were on and employees were in the building but they were closed. I sent a complaint from their website over a week ago and have not received any response or a refund. $28 down the drain and a waste of time. Then I try to call the store directly and it's a robot that does it's absolute best to not get you to a real person, literally couldn't talk to anyone and they've been on and off closed so I haven't been able to go in to talk to a manager.

Their store hours really should say 10:45 - whenever we want to close. You'd be lucky if you are able to get food there after 1pm. Food portions are too small, and apparently they only do online orders now. I'd prefer to see you make my food in front of me, considering all the bad reviews where they mess up orders.

AWFUL customer service, and I never write reviews. I am THAT livid. They’re only open from 11-3. I tried to place an order for pickup at 2, but it wouldn’t allow me. I go in at 2:30, the door is locked and they’re closed (but everyone was inside working. Not sure who for, considering they weren’t taking any orders. This has happened to me numerous times at this location, and to others as well. This is absurd, and not at all how a chipotle should be run. Sloppy/lazy management at its finest.

I last went in December when I waited over an hour for a cold burrito. Customer service gave me a voucher for a free burrito but I never used it because I didn't want to wait another hour for a cold burrito. Obviously the place is understaffed. It's been like this for a long time. I hear it has not improved.

They are online online at this time, which would be fine if they would at least let you walk inside to pick up your order. Instead the drive through is the only option, but that includes people who have not ordered yet. This means the line goes out onto Center Street. 1 hour wait for fast food.I really hope I don't get fired for being late back to work from lunch.Chipotle is a big enough entity that they should have this figured out. My guess is the owner and/or manager must be completely incompetent.

Wow I don’t know what they’ve done to this place but it’s like they tore it down and started fresh…nothing like my first experience here.In fact, I would’ve never come back if my granddaughter hadn’t ensured me I’d be satisfied…we had lunch I got a chicken and cheese quesadilla with a side of cilantro lime rice (YUM!) she loved her crunchy steak tacos even had to go back and bring my husband a burrito home which he loved! Short on staff but boy do the ones they have work hard! Can’t wait to see this place truly thrive. Will definitely be back soon.
